Did you use Mocha? Please any proper guide to reach this level.
It's just the combination of a bunch of different typesetting tricks. \org is set at the middle of the circle, and each letter is set via \frz. Mocha is used sometimes, the FbfTransform.moon script is used at other times. For example, the rotation in the 0:00 sign was done by setting the \frz values at the beginning and the end and then using FbfTransform, not mocha. I believe mocha was used for the zoom, but I can't remember. Another important script was gradient-by-character. You can download [Asenshi] Sarazanmai to see how the signs were constructed. In order to make any sense of this, you probably need to have read and mastered unanimated's typesetting guide just for baseline knowledge.
