Great work Dr. Byakika
I have one question, can I use BPW only for Salmonella or do I have to use RVS too?
One of the best and well explained videos... Well done
Thanks ma'am very well explained
Really very useful. Thanks for the video. Which I was looking for
Good job
Good Video, enjoyed it very well.. But I think, for primary enrichment in BPW, should be incubated at 37°c for 18 to 20 hrs..
Hii this very useful for microbiologist... only suggestion from my side . Can u mention the standards before the testing ❤❤❤❤

Good job
Thanks
Hi. Great Video. Where can i buy this membrane filter and pump?
Well explained..Good job 🤝
Can you please Tell me clearly How to Keep the plates in correct position in incubator ?..I can't get this from your video
When sterilized media is prepared, Pour it at 40 ℃ to 45 ℃ under LAF, After solidify store plates as Inverted position. Or after test also incubate plate as inverted position. Because, 1) The inverted position does not allow the collection of condensed water droplets that could disturb the culture. 2) Inversion reduced the risk of contamination from the air. 3) The nutrients present in the media are easily distributed and available to cells in an inverted position due to gravitational force. 4) Petri dishes are easy to handle when kept in an inverted position as they are generally labeled at the bottom.
@@pravin_chaudhary7551 Thank you very much ..
Thank you so much for sharing this. Please I need clarification of the procedures for sterilization of the filtration kits. You autoclave and what is the other option you mentioned. It's not clear please
1 ) Autoclave Filtration cup & Manifold (121℃ - 15 lbs, Or 2) Use Ready to use filtration unit
