Octo Valley in Splatoon 2 (Project Gamblitz)
Since I missed the Story Mode/Campaign in Projec Gamblitz,, and I had a few people ask about it on my last video, I figured I'd make another video showing it

-It's pretty nice to have this since the actual Splatoon 1 servers got shut down.- Nevermind the official servers are back! This is still a super cool mod though. This was obviously done via game mods. -I would release the pack but i don't know if it would work on other people's consoles, but if you wanna test it, lemme know. The skip button is all we need for a good splatoon 2 (and the ability to travel to and from inkopolis square to the plaza.)
dude this is so detailed, even the spawn area and the running animation are perfectly accurate
what version of splatoon does it have to be? I have 5.5.1 and it doesn't work
MC princess diaries was always my fav map even after chaos vs order!! Me and my friends would play it in private matches and always fight over pearl lol
Running into an issue specifically with the v12 version. The game crashes after a few seconds after getting past the zr+zl menu.
Could be the title screen swap i did. I’ll look into it once i get my computer fixed. Thanks for letting me know.
I can’t wait to see somebody make a mod for Splatoon 3 called “Splatoon 3 Ultimate” where it would have all the maps from the first 2 games (including the original versions of S1 maps brought back to S3) all the main, sub, and special weapons, all the battle themes from 1 and 2 (I mean it’s in the game’s files, why not?), all the gear from 1 and 2, all the shifty stations, and the remaining salmon run maps from 2. I hope someday it can be real. 😢

Man I wish I had a switch that can be hacked but I don’t. I tried to emulating the game on pc but I couldn’t (I don’t have splatoon 2 btw)

How did you load reinkify and gamblitz at the same time?
I installed Reinkify then Gamblitz to make sure no patches got overwritten and it loaded. If you get any errors try completely uninstalling all Splatoon mods then reinstall both and see if that works

I'm going to assume no because when I made my last video, the mod was still marked as a work in progress on GameBanana. Now it's marked as 100% complete.

Is this available for Nintendo Switch And PC?
Yeah, the Switch has to be modded but it should work fine on any emulator.

@@IvoryYt34 Besides Switch? No, no other consoles can run Switch games (except PC, and this mod does work on Ryujinx emulator)

Very possible, I'd just have to edit start/end date again and replace FrostyFest's title screen Splatoween would be very easy though since it's title screen was the last one used by Nintendo

Yep! You'd have to host the games on a private server like LANPlay though, I haven't tested it but I'm pretty sure using this on normal Nintendo Online would probably console ban you

how did you download this? i’m having trouble downloading this mod. did you use a tutorial?
You just install it like any other mod, drop it into atmosphere/contents/*Splatoon title id* and open the game You also need to be on Splatoon 2 version 5.5.0 (unless they added 5.5.1 support and I didn't notice)

ah ask some questions First My Switch is banned. How to get new weapons and new stages (ReInkify). if i can't then can you give me a save... if your answer is yes ahhh thx🎉🎉🎉
Apologies for the late response. Your Switch being banned actually doesn't matter because the mod uses custom servers, it never checks if you're banned so you can play online anyways. You can get weapons by going to Ammo Knights (warning: Sheldon will talk... ALOT.) and the stages are a toggle on Reinkify, I think it's Scene Changer > Versus > Gamblitz Maps > On after turning it on new stages should appear when you select a map.
The Wii U servers for MK8 and Splatoon are back up now! Sadly probably not for that long though
Oh right I forgot, thanks for reminding me! I fixed the description. It really is sad that official servers probably won't last too much longer, hopefully Pretendo is public by the time that happens.

You might want to fix the music for turf war
I think the music bugs are being caused by the lag, and I'm not sure if that can be fixed, I'm also not a developer for this mod so maybe I'm wrong

What about octo valley
Octo valley is the same as normal Splatoon 2. The only change is that the music got replaced with the Splatoon 1 story mode music

yeah I switched to motion not too long after this, Splatoon 2's motion felt really bad when I first started so that's why I was using stick
