I have an m273 that has an idle slight idle shaking that is not consistent as well as oil on spark plug threads only, and lastly occasional white smoke comes out of the tailpipe usually at start. I am wondering if my issue is valve guides?

hi great video, so i have the clk 350 and its a white/blue smoke more light blue on acceleration it always smokes from exhaust. what do you think? any info would be helpful

what did you do to the carbs? I figure that is a blow-through-setup that you have there? I thought of doing that too, but the sealing of carbs proved to be a pain in the neck so I ended up building a draw-through-setup instead. I think I'll copy your build to my next project : D

Could you let me know how you made the tool to hold the damper rod? below you mention it is from an E39 wheel nut but these are 17mm and online it shows that you need a 30mm bolt?

i just finish my make the valves service and then synchronize the calbulator ....look now some quwstion wehn i start i se litle like white smoke back in exaust and after wehn i make turns some in cabular the screw f syncnixe then change and working beter that mean the syncrhonize is only for smol idl speed .... my first jop about this xtz 750..wat you thing??? info the needle is the second step...both

Crazy good work !! I'm currently starting a complete rebuild/customization of a 90' Africa Twin and this really motivates me ! I don't mind putting some work and money into it, but it's really the skills I'm lacking to do something like this, looking that great. At least it will be a learning experience ! :)
