I agree with a lot of the points you made in this video and I'm in the exact same boat as you. Conservatives are incredibly hypocritical and often misinterpret statistics for the sake of pushing their own often, if not always, bigoted narrative. They love to sit on a throne of pseudo-intellectuality yet will immediately shut down any conversation the instant it's not going where they'd like it to. However, I think that the way you presented your argument was still sorta flawed. Not to give off too much of highschool English teacher energy or anything, but I'd like to provide my two cents on the topic here and know what you have to say about it. I feel like any argument that sprinkles insults about the opposing party's physical appearance throughout is doing an immediate disservice to their own credibility. Not because it hurts the feelings of fascists, but because those same words apply to good people who happen to share the same physical characteristics as the enemy. I could be in an argument with an asshole who's overweight and call them a fatass, but I have fat friends too and I wouldn't want them to think that I think lesser of them for their weight. It's stuff like that, y'know? And although you mocked this viewpoint in the video, the criticism that ad hominem shouldn't be used is still valid independent of all that; you're here deconstructing their viewpoints at the end of the day. To focus on things besides the point implies you have nothing to say about what actually matters. I was also gonna write something here about how I feel like your points could be better explained and how there was some mild hypocrisy in you pointing out how Kirk never graduated college to discredit him while also saying that him asking someone about whether or not they graduated highschool is unrelated to the conversation. I more or less stand by the latter but I'll use the former as an opportunity to look into the things I didn't understand for myself. Seems like your foremost priority is entertainment, so I'm not gonna hold you to the same standard of explaining everything you bring up in detail, as I would a video who's goal is being entirely informative. P.S. : PATRIARCHY!! AHHH!!!

The pizza analogy isnt even very good because i think what the student means is that as soon as there is pepperoni on a cheese pizza, it becomes a pepperoni pizza. My assumption is that he's comparing pepperoni to melanin except everyone has melanin but just different amounts. So everyone is a pepperoni pizza but some pizzas just have different amounts of pepperoni. This means the cheese pizza doesn't even exist for this analogy to even be created. you do know charlies comment about the black pilot was after the airline company came out and said it was going to limit the amount of white pilots it would employ, simply because the are white, and were going to employ more female and person of color pilots because they are dark skinned and/or female. Not because any of the pilot accolades and ability's were going to be used. So his comment ment that literally after that moment, if you see a black pilot going into the cockpit of your plane, it is very possible they were hired simply because of the color of their skin, and nothing to do with their flight abilities.... and that simple would make him nervous after that. Everyone chops that little line out of the conversation with no context, and its not fair.
