I sort of ran into Stacked Up in Amsterdam somewhere in the 90s and played the crap out of it. Some time ago I remembered I have the CD but no player so I got it the other way, since i already own it anyway. 35 ish years ago I played drums but life happened so I quit but it doesn't go away and edrums don't cost an arm and a leg anymore so I got one. I put on Switch and tried to drum along. I thought, I wonder who the drummer is/was. Now I'm here. lol That was awesome! Thank you.

I've just come here from listening to the isolated bass of John Entwistle for "don't get fooled again". Every now and then, depending on what songs I've been listening to at the time, I come along to enjoy either this video or the one I just referred to, and inevitably, one always leads me to seek out the other immediately afterwards. Outstanding! When Stacked Up came out, it blew my mind. I have to say that you were one of my biggest influences when i started drumming. I can still remember how chuffed i was when I learned the intro to States Of Mind, and I'm still using licks i stole off you 30 years ago (although it surely cant be that long!)
