My parents told me I couldn’t be a vet bc I would cry if I had to put an animal to sleep. I think of the cries we’ve had with our vets when it’s been time to let a pet cross the rainbow bridge, and I’m so grateful to them for sharing their hearts with us. My folks got that so wrong. Loved this, including the special cameo. 🐾 I'm gonna call this ep. T&E, in keeping with brevity. As far as a physical thing I *have* to do beforehand: my work area has to be exactly how I want it (even if messy, it's "method to my madness" messy.) before I can get started. Otherwise my concentration isn't where it needs to be. As far as involuntary "have to," my brain has to cycle past embarassments sometimes to clear things that are distracting, like, "when x person mentioned y, did you exempt yourself from possible perpetrators while joining the chorus of "y is wack"?
