I think you made a good rebuttal. I don't see either side as lying here, just that Mick is more precise and analytical than Luis, and also sometimes not catching points of human behavior - i.e., expecting others to be as precise as he is, not picking up on figurative use of speech, maybe some other things. On the other side, Luis trusts what people with credentials say and can't personally dispute it, like most of us will do. What we really need is two sides of the community with analytical skills to come together without egos and fairly discuss the points scientifically, and to get witnesses to clarify specific points.

There is an issue to an outside observer when different experts reach different conclusions, such as the Aguadilla case. I wish they could be resolved, but SCU refuses to engage with Mick. The scientific process allows for discussion and rebuttals through formal means and that is how it's supposed to work. You need experts on many different things to do image analysis. They could get the physics right, but fail on a simple case of video compression making an event misleading. An example is the object looking like it's going underwater - that could also be explained by an effect of mpeg4 compression where literally a part of the water is copied over the object and then some pixels modified as a way to save bandwidth. This is called a Predictive frame. In conclusion, at best we could call it unresolved, but even experts can be wrong because there's some bit of knowledge they are missing. I also don't believe that just because a government group does an analysis, is it infallible. It's only a larger scientific discussion with many experts and building upon each other's observations can you reach a scientific consensus.

@3:30 You agree that WHT means White is hot, and you agree that the leaked video doesn't show what Luis is describing, but explain that Luis could be referring to a different part of the video. That implies there's a longer video, or witnesses. However, none of the witnesses described a cold object. Also, it would have needed to go from hot as shown in the video to cold at some other point (nothing wrong with that, but it's notable, you'd think someone would mention that). This can easily be cleared up by asking one of the pilots. I agree Luis is using an imprecise usage of resolution, as he's not trained in image analysis. "You can practically hear the pilots gasp..." it's possible Luis is using figurative rather than literal speech. This can easily be cleared up by asking Luis.

I've started this video but I don't know if I can continue given the peculiar manner with which you address the first three points. You say Mick says there's no evidence in the book to back up Elizondo's claims, and argue against that by saying "there's plenty of evidence out there, such as Stargate, etc". But that's not what Mick's saying, he's saying there's no real evidence _in the book_ . Your second point is even more weird. Elizondo says "the object shows up cold" and Mick says this is wrong, it shows up hot. Your argument is that Mick doesn't know which point in the video Elizondo is referring to and then you say "let's move on". How is that an argument or refutation? How can you simply move on from that? Elizondo is clearly wrong here. I'm not sure why you didn't address that. On the third point you say Mick shouldn't read Elizondo's words _as written_ , but rather he should ignore what they say and assume they mean something different. The phrase "clutching at straws" springs to mind. Also "you're in denial". I'm not sure why it's so hard to address these things objectively and with an open mind. You seem to be doing mental gymnastics in an attempt to defend Elizondo, when the easiest thing is to simply acknowledge that he's wrong on certain things. It doesn't have to change your belief, and it gives you more credibility. But what you're doing here is plain strange. Hopefully the rest of your video was better.

Hi, off topic about the video but Im starting to spread my theory how crop circles and the advancement in AI could lead to contact without contact. Imagine collecting all available data on crop circles that arent easily explained, feeding that to AIs to analyze like they're looking for the cure to cancer and possibly getting answers to questions our tyrannical government will probably never willingly give.
