I bought this last week. I haven't set it up yet. I currently use the Turtle Beach Velocity One and i love the the fact it has backlighting on it. I'm a little disappointed for the money, nothing is back-lit. I quite a bit at night with the lights out.

the triger on a real airbus is for the puch to talk (for atc) and it is not supposed to travel far

This was a MASSIVE help! I'm new to sims, ive got ACC setup relatively well after watching someone else's tutorial/ the standard settings for the R5 were pretty close, but forza is an entirely different animal. Now if only I can get FH5 to work... I essentially used the same settings from this on WRC and it's phenomenal as well!

Congrats, really great video. One question: would it be worth it for use with Flight Simulator but with a more general flight, for example with "light" aircraft, such as Cessna 152 or 172 (…or for Elite Dangerous)? I don't particularly like airliners but I still find the equipment reviewed very beautiful and complete, compared to other solutions. Alternatively, the usual X52 (pro) or X56.

5950x can barely do 100 fps on this game weirdly enough. also got a 3080ti. this game is weirdly cpu bottlenecked for such a old title.

That's a nice looking ship. I particularly like the screen mounted on the wall at 2:30 behind the table. That'd be great for giving a presentation or in my case, I'd love to hook my Nintendo Switch up to it. :) The computer system at 3:50 is pretty sweet too. I thought the same thing about it being C64 computer (or a computer from that era). It definitely gives off that vibe. I'd love to jam on some games on that system. The bridge and cockpit area looks cool too.

So i have 3080ti i7 9700k and 32gb ddr 4 and i get 50-60fps with 1440p on high settings is it because of my cpu ? Because i see so many people with way better Performance than me.

Just so you guys know on console you CANNOT STEAL THIS SHIP until you complete the game. THEY ARE INACCESSIBLE. i play on Xbox and i can't get in any of them at all

Honestly if you could build in this ship like you could in your house it'd be fine for me, hopefully when modding comes to xbox someone can make that possible

Its a nice looking ship but my custom built ship that had nearly 7000 lbs cargo space and more fire power than a battleship could out fly, out gun, out maneuver the starborn 1 - 6 10 times over. Same for the armor. Really there is absolutely no reason to do NG+.

There is no hope if a game is terribly optimised. You max out the game and you get less than 70 fps. You drop it to high and then you have cpu bottleneck at only 100 fps on a god damn 12700k. There is no hope

Got this ship on Venus for free. It was parked outside of a Civilian Outpost but no one was walking around it, the bay was unlocked, and when I checked inside no one was there... until I started to leave, whereupon some Ecleptic soldiers appeared in the landing bay with a "home sweet home" line. Violent misunderstandings ensued and suddenly I had a new ship. This would be a good random event for a low level character in need of anything but the Frontier. For me not so much.

I want this, I can't find it anywhere. Ship combat has become too easy for me.

To me the Guardian ship is a disappointment. Great view from cockpit but barren of any interior features, weapons, shields, cargo etc. are all blah.

Having a bed available to get the xp boost would be nice
