Few things, that v symbol is Nu, so it's the successor to the nu gundam. Additionally, there are two designs for this gundam, one for the novel and the updated one for the movie. The updated design has a lot more white.

truly underrated gundam title, might be my favorite from this generation. It's gritty and I love the first person cockpit view. The whole experience reminds me a lot of the 8th MS Team. Terrific must-have title from the dreamcast. It truly deserved a sequel, although federation vs zeon is another great gundam release for the dc

if you count all the Robot Spirits models released in 2024, you should include the new Xi Gundam released in mid December. I saw it myself, it is a very big and gorgeous white monster. It is made from a completely new frame, not a reuse of 2017 version. Although the price is pretty high for a Robot Spirits, you can give it a try if you like the live action movie.

I actually enjoyed how your broke this down because you're literally doing the research as you're speaking about the topic which is cool to see, it's like we're learning about the topic together. Strange that it's enjoyable but then again I loved IBO and the concepts they used. Here's a very strange thing that I would love to see a video on. Everyone online seems to think that Mikazuki lost his limbs, and eye function because "of the strain" the interface puts on the brain/body, but here's my personal take with some data to back it up. 1. Barbatos (or any other Gundam) are not just robots, they're silicon based entities that require a pilot but not because they need to be controlled but because they need a host (this is why they're called devils). In episode 1 you can see a foreshadow that Mika was going to pilot Barbatos when he wakes Orga up. Orga walks away first, and Mika turns around. However there's something special that could be missed during that specific "moment". That moment doesn't start with Mika turning around and looking up, it starts with Barbatos looking down at Mika which I found to be extremely interesting. 2. Mika's first experience with Barbatos was him connected to it with the limiters disengaged, and nobody disengaged them, he fought through it so I believe he and Barbato's "consciousness" became intertwined. 3. Barbatos and Mikazuki develop an actual connection which can be seen through the show with subtle hints like when he says things that sound like he's talking to Orga. The most interesting things that took me 6 replays to realized.. When he's connected to barbatos his otherwise "dead" limbs move normally. When the Mobile Armor was awakened his eye was able to move. The only logical explanation is that those limbs aren't dead, they're controlled by barbatos and they belong to it's consciousness. During the battle against Jasley Donomikols, right after Mika lands in front of the bridge (where Jasley is), the show Mikazuki asking Orga "What should I do now, Orga?" but he only has his right eye open, the eye that Barbato's consciousness claimed, Mikazuki was along for the ride and let Barbatos rampage those poor extras. :)

Gaia Gear was another alternate UC timeline made well before G-Saviour’s release. Mobile Suits were called man-machines in that setting.

Lol I like how you have your Hizack equipped with the beam saber and Marasai beam rifle cause canonically it isn’t able to wield both at the same time because of its generator output. That’s why some carry the bazooka or heat hawk with the beam weapon. Yours must be special 😂

New subscriber here. Just came across your channel. I've been building gunpla for a long time now. I'm really into making customs and creating my own little gundam universes and stories for them. The robot damashii figures are great, but the price is awful. I'd rather build my Gundam figures/models kits. I just wish the would include a lot more effect parts. I just recently ordered a neat gn shield looking effect off Aliexpress

Really great video. After building hundreds of kits, I'm tired of it. So I started buying Robot Spirits and these are so nice especially when there are effect parts. So hopefully more RS units will be featured in your channel. But deym I just hope they make it cheaper 😢😅

I never got into the ROBOT魂 figures, but there are some that I've considered over the years; specifically when there was a ROBOT魂 but not a Gunpla like the ELS Qan[T]​ that came out Dec 2012. We still don't have a Gunpla of it and I'm always expecting to hear Bandai announce at least an RG of it.

Great vid as always! I have to say i really liked the BD3 and GM command a lot. But let me preface this. I am NOT a fan of the ZZ Gundam in like... Any iterations. Its just too bulky of a suit for my tastes. But that proto ZZ... I think i love it lol

The GM Command. Something about it is really sleek and nice, I like the head better than the MG's and the HG is so old and out of proportion it's not even worth comparing. It also has one of the best front kicks you'll see on a mobile suit with a skirt. The Mk-II was pretty disappointing for me. It looks perfect, the shoulders and neck engineering is crazy, but the legs still kinda suck. They can't kick up and out at the same time and there's no folding/ sliding armor so the legs don't bend as much as I would like.
