1. Note bending is not possible in a Tremolo Harmonica due to its unique design 2. Playing half notes is not possible in the standard playing position called the 1st position. But you can still play many songs with komal swaras if you use a different playing position. But still there will be some limitations. Playing "all types" of songs is not possible. But having said that, a large variety of songs can be played. You can refer to my video on use of modes to play many songs without the need of slider or without bending notes.

Throat vibrato gaane mein bahut log use karte hain. Kumar Shanu iska apne gaane mein bahut prayog karte hain. Harmonica ke throat vibrato mein meri inspiration Will Wilde hain. Agar Bharat ke players ki baat karein toh Vikas Karandikar mujhe bahut pasand hain.

Is Bending aur Meend aur Vibrato ka inventor Ashay bhai hai. In logo ki aankhe bohot jaldi khuli hai aur consideration bhi na Dena yeh inki napunsakta hai. India ka Throat Vibrato aur Bending dono Ashay ne ki hai. Uske alwa koi nahi karta. Aur yeh inki technique galat hai karne ki.. Yeh India ka nahi hai.. Diatonic incomplete instrument hai. Ashay k video available jaha usne diatonic bajana bhi bataya hai.. Bollywood k admi ko dekh to pakadna seekhe hai.. Diatonic India me bajta hi nahi hai.

Yes, you are right. A 12 hole harmonica with wind saver valves is a better option.

Most people in India prefer a chromatic harmonica. So my recommendation is a 12 hole chromatic harmonica. An Easttop Forerunner chromatic harmonica is at the moment ideal for beginners.

Manish ji, Let me try to answer you in the best possible manner. Aapka sawal tha ki kya Silverstar mein bending ki ja sakti hai? Bilkul ki ja sakti hai. Lekin ... Silverstar bending seekhne ke liye ek ideal harmonica nahi hai kyonki ye ek economy category ka harmonica hai aur kaafi leaky hai. Iss wajah se seekhne wale vyakti ko shuruaat mein mushkil ho sakti hai. Jinko already bending aati ho, aise log thode zyada prayaas ke saath Silverstar mein bending kar sakte hain. Iss wajah se main kabhi Silverstar bending seekhne ke liye recommend nahi karta hoon. Doosra point hai tongue block ka. Toh isme bhi mere anubhav se bending karna thodi mushkil hota hai. I always recommend people to use puckering to learn note bending. Tongue block karke bending bahut saare international artists karte hain. Lekin unka method alag hota hai. Uss method ko main bahut limited jaanta hoon. Isliye tongue block karke bending main recommend nahi karta. Aap koi mid segment ka harmonica lekar bending ki shuruaat kijiye. Hohner Special 20 achcha instrument hai. Uske alwa aap Suzuki Manji ya Suzuki Harpmaster bhi try kar sakte ho.

Yes, the process is the same but the results can vary a bit because the build is a bit different from a diatonic harmonic. I will try to make a comparison video in the near future.

@@dileepsingh-yr4sp Normally no damage will happen unless you blow very hard. Once you start practicing regularly, you can achieve vibrato by applying minimal pressure.

Let me try to explain. A chord is a group of 3 notes or sometimes 4 notes played together. If you play single Sa by blowing on the hole number 5, you can either withdraw the tongue back and keep blowing to get an all blow chord or you can draw in the same position to play a draw chord. It is your choice regarding which chord you want to play. But usually, I play the blow chord after a single blow note, and a draw chord after a single draw. I hope this helps.
