You three always have such fun on your pod, it's great to see! _Maybe_ though .....consider halving the duration of them?? They're always (or rather, usually) ...well over an hour long. I - and I suspect a lot others - don't _always_ have that time to spare (or maybe do a Part 1 followed by Part 2 later in the week)? You should be getting WAY more views & subs than you do...could that be a reason? Regardless...I'll watch when I have the time coz I think you guys are great.

Burton is also where the Carling brewery and the Marmite factory is located (the Australian equivalent would be Vegemite). Burton Albion have spent most of their history as a non-league club, only being in the EFL since 2009. We’ve only played them in the league for 1 season, 2008/09 which was our first season in the National League after we got relegated. We played them at the racecourse early in the season under Brian Little and lost 1-0, then later when Dean Saunders came in and signed some loan players to to bolster the team we climbed the table up into the playoff places but Burton was so far ahead, we really needed to beat them to stand a chance of challenging them for the title and automatic promotion but we lost 2-1, our season lost momentum and our form dropped off leading to us finishing 10th. Burton’s rise has been one based on good management on and off the pitch (helped by money from an FA cup tie against Manchester United in 2006), one of which was Nigel Clough (now at Mansfield) who left mid-season in 2008/09 to join Derby County but left them in a good position to get promoted (which they did). Then when he returned, he got them promoted to the Championship for 2 seasons. Both their games against Sunderland were featured in the first season of Sunderland‘’Til I Die. They’re seen as a well-run club respectably punching above their weight for a while but are now in danger of sliding back into more familiar territory.

A few interesting things about Rotherham: Their most famous fans are Paul and Barry Chuckle (aka the Chuckle brothers), although sadly only Paul is still with us. Many of us that grew up in the 90s would have watched them in Chucklevision and their catchphrase “to me…to you” is in the British psyche. It’s difficult for 2 people to move a big and heavy object without uttering those words. Arguably Wrexham’s greatest ever day came against Rotherham in 1978 when we beat the Millers 7-1 at the Racecourse Ground to secure promotion to the second tier for so far, the only time in our history. The last time we played them was in 2007/08 in league 2, we lost 1-0 at home and 3-0 away. They played at Millmoor until 2008 until a dispute with their landlord Ken Booth meant they were homeless and forced to play the Don Valley stadium, which was an athletics stadium in Sheffield. They were deducted 17 points from the start of the 2009/09 season, just like Bournemouth but manager Mark Robins (now at Coventry) did well to steer them well clear of relegation. They moved into the New York Stadium in 2012 and won promotion in their first season there and been mostly yo-yoing between league 1 and the Championship since. They might not have started the season as well as they hoped but there’s still time for them to turn it around and make the top 6. Manager Steve Evans has won promotion with them from league 1 before. Jonson Clarke-Harris is prolific at this level from his Peterborough days so we need to watch out for him.

I like that Sarah doesn't blame alcohol or intense sporting events. She points out that people are the ones committing the abuse. This is a good paring with last weeks talk with Steve Lloyd. If men could sort themselves out, and fell more secure with themselves then we wouldn't have the response of lashing out at others. Especially the ones we say that we love. Up the town

Dragon Talk sounds like an amazing resource. My hat is off to them to open it up internationally. I have facilitated meditation gatherings of 20 people at the most. I couldn't imagine facilitating an international Zoom meeting with possibly 100 + people while interacting with people in person. That man is an Angel. ❤
