In today’s video, we work on the wife’s Jeep! We changed from having standard Fox 2.0 shocks to the Falcon 3.1 piggy back shocks, which means our DV8 inner fenders would not work without major modifications. We did some research and found that the Nemesis Industries inner fenders looked great and provided maximum clearance to accommodate the new shock design. Here is a link for the front inner ...

V6 3.6

@mr.animation5259 😆
@@Nuator ok thank you 😊
@@SRTLukaFastLifeLuka bro it says hemi in the video
What size tires are you running on those Konig ampliform?
What size pipes did you put?
V6 or v8?
It’s a 5.7 Hemi
And it also shift better.more smoother and solid
KONIG
Is it titanium?
It is stainless
Best one I’ve heard so far!👍
How is the sound on the inside?
The sound was perfect. No drone whatsoever. I will say that this exhaust sounded a lot better with a downpipe. I had a cpe catted downpipe and it was perfection with the Magnaflow.
You guys are officially cool going JDM.
hey bro why don’t you upload anymore?
Only the mid deleted? Not the rear resonators
That is correct.
Did it need a tune? I heard they go in limp mode if not tuned for a new exhaust.
If you currently have cats on the car and it’s not tuned to turn the o2 sensors off, then yes you will have a CEL. This car already had the sensors turned off prior. The cats that were on it was post o2 sensors to try to help out with drone.
@@jonathanbutler7853 Ok! I just bought a stock 2021. Fabworx is definitely the exhaust I’ll go with! Thank you for the video!
Where in NC is theat muffler shop? I'm in Raleigh and would love to get my 2019 300 fixed like that
The muffler shop that I had this done at is no longer in business. The guy retired. If you are in Raleigh, check out Henry’s muffler. They do great work.
@@jonathanbutler7853 awesome ! I appreciate that ! That was one of the shops I was eyeing due to the good reviews
this video deff helped me make up my mind
😊nice!
Yooo Ik you posed this a long time ago if you see this could you tell me where you got the bolts for the mounting for the charge pipe? I see they are Allen bolts
Bro's perfectly trimmed beard got me mesmerized
Spent months trying to figure out why when I changed the block off plate to a turbosmsrt bov that it made that noise, just found out last week that I have 2 bov’s now and the turbo smart isn’t doin shit. I’m brand new to modding cars but this was a learning experience for sure. Lesson: every noise has a source
Odd that you mention 3 years later and here I am 3 years later watching your video.
Is there an o ring that needs to be installed between the bov and pipe?
Yes
Hey man, it's me from the future. No cure was found. The world is in chaos and the population is dwindling and we are on a downward spiral. Good thing I found this video as I can still order these and was thinking of doing it before it's too late.
Good video I recently purchased a set of mountune springs still in garage might do them this weekend now seen your honest review of them thanks
Did you ever figure out the gap? I have that same issue, I have Bushwacker flat fender flares on mine and with a decent sized gap like yours.
Nice install bud
I bought same exhaust with straight tips! fitment is amazing, it look good, including the titanium tips, I'm still running OEM downpipes. and theres almost no drone maybe that's why, but can't hear turbos of course :) because of OEM downpipes, the OEM exhaust is easy to take out. only thing is nuts on downpipes can be pretty stuck but heat and pb blaster will take them off.
I added flow master 40s and did resonator delete on my 2020 5.7 300 and it sounds mean af
And drones like a beach.
What a handsome 300!
I honestly was not that impressed with my HKS. I'm still running it but unless I let off at the right time it doesn't have its distinct sound. it usually sounds like a fucking rattlesnake..
It is a sound that you either like or don’t like. It is the classic sound people think of. I, myself do not like it that well, but it is still pretty cool. I like the tial sound better, but then again the stock turbo doesn’t make enough pressure to make the tial sing.
@@jonathanbutler7853 Yeah I really thought I was going to get that crisp sound on every release, but it's been kind of a rattlesnake type sound. It's not bad but just not optimal. is that the next best blow off sound you think?
@@LOL2YOU the tial is a great choice, but the ports for the blowoff are massive, which is cool for moving air, but the ST’s small turbo doesn’t produce the pressure needed to get that loud sound. It is very quiet. When you put an intake on either the HKS or tial, it sounds a lot better, but it probably needs a big turbo to get the sound you are looking for
@@LOL2YOU check my other video. I put the tial on mine and we put the HKS on my buddies car.
@@jonathanbutler7853 oh cool I'll check that out. I have a electric cut out that usually does the job if I want to make noise haha. You should definitely look into getting that. these cars sound like airplanes or diesel trucks with them open.
did you need a tune when you install this kit?
No, you do not
@@jonathanbutler7853 Awesome !! cause im planning on getting the HKS kit.
@@angelswrxVB nice! You will love it. We have a video showing the HKS kit on my buddies ST.
Does this have BOV’s or just intakes? That’s a lotta turbo noise!
is that one adjustable like the turbosmart bov that replaces the factory bypass valve (the one you blocked off)? It looks like you dont run the under-tray, which is there for a reason. I wonder if that exhale kit will be a problem damaging the under-tray... what exactly was it that caused the bov to pop off? was the snap-ring just not installed correctly? did it need a beefier one?
I believe the HKS is self adjusting, so no need to do anything with it. On both of our ST’s, we ran the factory under tray. Kyle had the exhale with the HKS and I had the exhale with the tial. No issues with fitment. On the HKS, it is held in with a snap ring that can be tricky to install correctly. We originally installed with the tools that we had available and we thought we were good until we weren’t. We went to the parts store and bought the correct tool and got it to seat correctly and never had a problem with it.
Sounds phenomenal 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Hey I have a crysler 300 v6 sport edition and I'm wondering is it normal to hear a ticking sound at every fresh start up. Does this happen to others and does it happen to other cryslers?
I have had that engine in some Jeeps and have not had that issue. I know the hemis tick some, but I am not aware of it with the v6.
I'm late but yes mine does it
It’s something with the belt mines does the same thing
¹
Only issue I have with this is that the BOV is open at idle, which is not the greatest thing. Usually it’s better to go with a 11psi spring so the BOV doesn’t float while open
I wish Cobb would make a right angle cable or adapter for the accepting A/P side
Sounds horrible
Very helpful for figuring out the best way to do this thank you
Clean that car bro.
After you plug the vacuum source with a golf tee where do you leave it?
V8 ?? Or V6
V8 hemi
Did you use the maf tap on the intake manifold or route the recirc to ur boos controller on top of the engine
We used the map tap
What downpipes you guys have installed?
In the video XSPower 3", currently VSRF 3.5"
That's a pretty boring BOV if I'm honest lol. Just a popping noise.
Sounds good bro I'm in NC looking for a 300s also
I’m sold🤯🤯🤯
Damn my q50 3.0t almost sounds like that!
Nice mod! Have you had any problems with rain?
No issues with rain!
Does that lil peace come with that mount
