Great information sir. Also requesting videos on soil structure interaction
Sure will try to
Good morning sir, nice information shared by you thank u,
So nice of you. Thank you
Very informative for mining students sir very nice 👏👏👌👌🙏🙏
Okay thanks

Sir itna kuch likha hai board pe dar lagta hai dekhte he.. Thoda improve karo
Ok. Thank you for your suggestions. But the idea was to give everyone a glimpse of all factors related to Scour in one go.
Waise iske baad ke videos mein logon ke suggestions par kaafi change aur improve kara hai. Aage ke videos dekh ke bataiyegaa
Will definitely wait for your feedback
👏👏👌👌
Okay thanks
Very useful video for work professional engineer (practicing civil engineer) and Geo Technical engineers and also students sir. 👏👏👌👌🙏🙏
Thank you for your compliments
Please ask all those who wish to learn this subject to watch my videos and subscribe to my channel

Thanks
Excellent lecture 👏👏

Get me few good subscriber additions who wish to learn Geotechnical Engineering
Dear Prof. Anurag, Can you please briefly explain how you have determined the bearing capacity of replaced soil? Which analytical method was adopted and what design parameters were used?
Dear Mr Malik Rizwan Ji, The Bearing Capacity calculations were done as per Indian Standard codes. The replaced soil was granular soil and the same has been mentioned in the video with cohesion as zero and angle of internal friction as 29 degree. As the 1.50 m thick layer was compacted in 5 layers the density achieved was quite good having in turn reduced void ratio which resulted in enhanced Bearing Capacity. Hope you would have got my point. At the same time request you to go through all my videos and even share them with other Civil Engineers and Geotechnical Engineers.
The other reason of improvement was replacement of settlement producing cohesive soil with non settlement producing compacted non-cohesive granular soil, thus in turn reducing the effective settlement and therefore, increased Bearing Capacity
Nice sir❤❤
Thanks Vipin Prajapati Ji
Please share these videos with those who are interested in this field that is Geotechnical Engineering
Sir This is a great service sir
It's my pleasure. Please let me gain a few good subscribers who watch all of my videos like you
Sir any comments/ suggestions on piles on lateritic rock
It has to be worked based on relevant codal provisions
Informative Video sir
Thank you
Thank you sir
You are most welcome
Hello sir! I am doing a research on soil settlement, we have a data of soil borehole logs but lacks data for consolidation tests. Can we predict soil settlement based on soil borehole logs? If so, what methods can we use?
No, you can not without doing the tests or you should have it's classification, etc. with you or otherwise Standard Penetration Test Results with you to get those results based on vast experience. I will advise you to please share me your problem statement on my mail ids' anuragkapoor16@yahoo.co.in or anuragkapoor16@gmail.com
After that will discuss it further and suggest you the best way out
Cengrs had done the geotechnical investigation for the temple. Since sand is encountered to over 120 m depth, consolidation settlement is not expected to occur. All the settlement i essentially immediate.
they hit the anvil doesn't it get disturbed already?
Yes it gets disturbed but there is no other way given in the codes
You have to collect the samples this way only

sir plz make video on design of soil nails and reinforced soil walls
Yes definitely. Reinforced Soil Walls is in my list. But, these days am not able to find time for preparing Lectures
On Soil Nails I will make after the Reinforced Earth Soil Walls is made
Keep on reminding me for these
sir you need a bigger board . the lecture is really helpful
Yes, you are correct in your observation. That is why, as of now I am now giving Lectures in the form of Power Point Presentation
Thank you for your compliments as well
Kuch hwa ni lga
Please go through it again
Please continue the lecture sir it is really helpful please
Sure
Keep on motivating me like this
sir, any particular clause or point is there regarding no of Bore hole for one OHR tank? if so kindly provide. and also the give details about no of Bore hole for 01 OHT please
Dear Avijit Basak Ji, There is no such specific clause given till date in any code regarding this Regards, Anurag Kapoor

How to find field bulk density with use of spt n value??
There is no known such correlation as far as I know. If you have come across any such literature please let me know
Good effort
Thank you
Great sir
Thank you
You mentioned that deep excavation is likely the most effective way, although I would imagine the most costly, to determine the structural condition of a pile following a liquefiable soils event. Is there another means or a method of analysis that can be taken conservatively, to determine whether or not such excavation would be necessary?
Yes sure, there are other ways also

Ok
