The condenser water flow has a separate path and doesn't reach the drum .... But the "engineers" decided to open the electrovalve that wets my clothes.... haha Poor company engineering.....

Buongiorno e grazie per l'intervento. L'acqua è circa un bicchiere da tavola, poca o no, prima di arrivare nel fondo vasca passa dal cestello e bagna i capi. Trovo assurdo che CANDY progetti una lavasciuga che centrifuga a 1400 giri per poi "gettare" un bicchiere d'acqua nel cestello prima dell'asciugatura. Trovo anche assurdo che, come riferito dal centro di assistenza autorizzato, il software di programma debba testare l'elettrovalvola che manda acqua in vasca prima del ciclo di asciugatura. In detta modalità quella elettrovalvola non ha ragione di intervenire. Attendo con pazienza che qualcuno mi spieghi la ragione tecnica di tale bizzarro comportamento, fino ad allora rimango dell'idea che tale elettrodomestico Candy abbia un difetto di programmazione. @@guglielmoorsini8553 Capisco, in teoria quel "bicchiere d'acqua" non dovrebbe arrivare ai capi in quanto esce dal tubo che si immette frontalemtne nella vasca e trova la parete anteriore del cestello che non è forata...però non si sa mai. alla fine della fiera credo che lo scopo di quella gettata sia quello di "armare" la pompa di scarico necessaria anche alla fase di asciugatura...ma perchè non farlo tramite l'elettrovalvola del condensatore..mistero. Si pensi addirittura che durante i risciacqui l'elettrovalvola del condensatore è utilizzata per rabboccare il livello nonchè per mantenere il condotto pulito. Però rietengo pure che i clienti delle lavasciuga CANDY si possano ritenere fortunati. Whirlpool ha negli ultimi modelli ELIMINATO la terza elettrovalvola e raffredda il processo di asciugatura mediante il caricamento di acqua dal cassetto....poi i risultati non so ...ma insomma.

Hello Neil, thank you for your appreciations. Every modern veicle has a PCV valve, the image shown in my video are related to a Zafira 1,6 CNG, but I don't know for shure if your car has the same valve cover. Anyway...... the PCV replacement isn't related to a specific mileage. The simptoms of a bad PCV valve are oil consuption and uneven idle rotation.

A quanto mi risulta il blocco motore non va in depressione proprio per la presenza della membrana. Se il blocco motore va in pressione positiva la membrana apre l'aspirazione dei vapori, altrimenti il passaggio rimane chiuso. Questo spiegato nel video è il punto di prelievo vapori dal blocco motore. Lo schema da te nominato di una entrata di aria pulita ed una uscita di vapori sembrerebbe un sistema di "lavaggio" dei volumi del blocco motore..... per quanto ne so, nei recenti motori si provvede solo al prelievo dei vapori e lo scopo è far passare tutti i residui di combustione dal catalizzatore......

@@guglielmoorsini8553 il sistema che ti ho descritto l'ho visto su un motore benzina 1.4 Ford che monta Fiesta e bmax 2001-2017... Quindi nei più recenti come anche il mio c'è solo la membrana nel coperchio punterie 👍

Tutto il coperchio costa un po', ma si risolve il problema in minor tempo e con minor fatica......... 🙂

Ma con il coperchio dovrebbe esserci anche la membrana nuova ? Comunque da 120 euro massimo 400 euro mi sembra un esagerazione.... Quasi un furto... E sono tutti con questi prezzi

Hi Jack, I see in internet that for Opel cars the error P0171 means "Fuel ratio too lean". I also found many youtube videos in which the problem is solved changing the "purge valve". You can easily check that valve by disconnecting it and plugging the hose that goes to the engine.... You can also easily test if the problem comes from the pcv disconneting (If in your car exists...) the hose that goes from the pcv to the intake collector and plugging it (letting the hose connected to the intake collector).

In my case its the A12XER of an opel corsa d (2013).

Is this the case for the z16xer? I changed a few days ago and didn't see anything like this.

Many online spart part supplier are selling membranes. PN depends on make, model and building year, so it must be searched idividually.... Regards

Hello Sam, if your oil consumption is not abnormal I think you must check the EGR valve.... The Egr could be responsible for the kind of problems you noticed. The Egr circuit can be seen in the following link : dieselnet.com/tech/images/engine/egr/sys/ld_egr.png

@@guglielmoorsini8553 egr is blanked and remaped also dpf filter been removed.. I think it could be the positive crank case ventilation (pcv) also known as Air breather, I think.. I will locate them and change them if possible but there is not much information in Internet about it and can't find the parts also..

Hello Ahmad, if the oil flows on the external side of the engine you have another seal that leaks, nothing to do with the PCV valve and seals. You have to wash clean the engine, then watch carefully from where the oil spills....

Hello EB20, if your car isn't turbo you can disconnect the pipe and plug it (cork or plastic) and also try to plug the valve cover exit with a plug made with tissue but not too much compressed...... after one week try to see if the oil consumption gets back to normal.....

Hello, thanks for your appreciations. The new PCV valve assembly comes with new gaskets and membrane. If you need only the membrane you can search in internet for the PN 5607159, but the gaskets aren't sold separately from the PCV assembly. Regards Guglielmo

@@guglielmoorsini8553 thanks a lot for the info. So where can we find the gaskets as I am experiencing this problem. Obviously the mushroom valve in the intake manifold is gone (main problem).
