@@johnfallon6906 I like the Keis heated jacket the benefits of keeping warm slightly outweigh the fact under your jacket it makes you very slightly restricted. I’ve lost a few kilos this year so that has helped. With heated grips ,seat and jacket ivan ride all day comfortably

⁠try the Gilet it’s less constructive than the jacket The sleeves are the only place I feel slightly cramped using the jacket under my Rukka jacket

@@deathwish24620 I’ve done both too mate but I’ve also reverted back to the standard pipe and cat. Seems better but needs a re map I have a local guy who said he can do it just waiting for a date

@@Bazza47 I’ve done both ways mate and you are correct on what you say. The snatchy throttle will at some point get a re map or the bike will be in a showroom somewhere

@@johnfallon6906 I’m the same love tone on my own just riding finding places to go. As for military my told me many stories but the War actually had a bad on him mentally. He had a hard time with what is now called PTSD. Eventually that and Cancer got the better of him he passed at age 46. I was 16. So spent most of my life as the farther figure in the house

My dad was in the War. He started as a gunner and finished a a Military Police man believe it or not riding a motorbike. He had an Aerial and a Matchless

@ivanrushtonthelonewolfrides my dad was in Aiden not during WWII though... Hes still with us almost 90, he used to ride a BSA 250, cant remember model. He remembers his war stories including one of the privates having a horny issue, being told to take a camel to the town then being found with the camel 💀💀... My dad stopped working for the army in the 1980s before my brother who's 2 years older than me was born and then worked for BAE systems building jets 🤣🤣. More successful than me though I volunteer in tree felling and have done 17 years so i like listening to his stories, less gory than my stories of falling out of trees on a weekly basis 🤣🤣

@ that’s correct my friend CarPlay works fine it’s one of the reasons I chose the bike over the standard 800 MT Touring

@@ivanrushtonthelonewolfrides living at the coastal part of Virginia is wonderful when it comes to weather. We get all four season equally split. But mostly with out snow thankfully. And when that happens, it goes away by noon.... or it dumps and we get a week of closure. 40-50 during the night right now, which is great for pipe and cigar smoking. then goes up to the 60s most days for motorcycling. Beach is harsh, as it's 10 cooler in my back yard and the wind is more intense. It's a great place to live. I like putting on sweaters on occasions, and the skin losses it's color and then it's spring! 😂

@@ivanrushtonthelonewolfrides as far as me, I must be getting old. I leant about diverticulitis last week. Thought I was giving birth to an 👾 alien and had to go to a doc in a box to see what the hell was growing inside me. Found out it was treatable with antibiotics which is where I am at this week. Sleeping a lot, so not really understanding what the hell is going on at this point with my body. I think it's tired and telling me to straighten up. Never thought diverticulitis was this serious, but if you get pain in the left lower stomach area and reduced toilet time and feel like your going to give birth, it might be diverticulitis! No fun

I got them from Ali Express they are not a perfect match but they are prett good you can only tell from really close up that the paint is the same colour but a different finish. I can’t find the link as once you’ve ordered them they go from your orders in pretty quick time. Hope that helps you

I know, I often spend too long cleaning mine (according to SWMBO) You've just got to find a method that you like, usually refined after making c*ck ups! I learnt the hard way not to clean mine while the engine was still warm, the resulting waterspots are a sod to get rid of, especially on a black engine😂 shame you can't seem to solve the snatchy throttle, just hope it doesn't completely spoil things for you. Trouble is once you have something like that it's hard not to ignore it and sometimes it's easy to blow it up out of proportion. Good luck 👍

@@Bazza47 i may have got an answer on the throttle,CF Contacted me today they are gonna look into it.If they dont ive found a specialist guy who can work magic on the ECU Got a Dyno and softeware to do all sorts

@@ivanrushtonthelonewolfrides I'd look at some baffles on the bay and get out the mig welder but not everyone has a dark arts degree. They're only blob welded in 3 spots usually. Good luck with your channel.

I’m very disappointed that CF Moto has not or appears not to want to look after its existing customers who spent money on the premium bike of the range and have been left with a throttle issue. You can blame emissions for everything but that doesn’t detract from the lack of support to correct it. Unless they send one to the dealers none over the air upgrades will sort it.

It’s the throttle issue that bugs me but I think I may have found someone to re map the fuelling so I will have a discussion with them as to the best exhaust system to use and with or without the cat. @@ivanrushtonthelonewolfrides I had my ecu flashed by TeamMSC, but was not happy with the tune. I ended up sending my ecu back to them to have the stock tune put back. Their tune did add a lot of power and smoothed out the throttle a bit, but I ended up with a very rough idle and pretty bad surge when riding between 3k and 4k rpms. I decided I would rather live with the stock snatchy throttle issue.

@@deathwish24620 They advertise a lot about doing re maps. Obviously just concentrating on power not rider suitability

@@ivanrushtonthelonewolfrides I think they are still learning how to do a proper tune. I did like the power increase. It was amazing. Shame they made everyday riding less enjoyable. They will be selling pre-tuned ecu's soon so you can keep your stock ecu and switch in a tuned one. I may consider getting one. They are pretty good to work with and did give me a full refund when I had them put the stock tune back into my ecu, so they are definitely reputable.

I have latest updates 61 throttle reset 42 tooth sprocket. I am a retired mechanic after thinking this surgethrottle problem it is the same as my Ducati hyperstrada had with evap canister they have a 6.5mm inlet on throttle body that is opened thru electronic purge valve this causes lean running at lighter throttle openings. I have fitted a evap canister delete it is now as smooth in sport mode as it is in rain mode. Went for a 390klm ride yesterday slow speed high speed twisties etc it is now one of the smoothest bikes to ride .better tham my ducati hyperstrada ​@ivanrushtonthelonewolfrides

Hi Tony. Yes it does it’s a better solution than a lowered seat I found the lowered seat too hard and uncomfortable. The bike doesn’t layover as much on the side stand but I’ve found it safe.

Hi mine connects to the USB socket on the left hand side of the bike. If you want to connect it to the bike with 11 volts I would use a thing called a Healtech Thunderbox. I use it to power my additional spot lights and my INNOV Camera system
