Is your TBI bike running a bit lean? Are you struggling to adjust your idle? We have a fix for that. EVERY TBI bike should have one of these competition fuel rails. Not only do the stock ones break, but the small fuel feed holes cause the bike to run lean when wide open for more than a few seconds. This fuel rail fixes both problems with one part. Fits 2023-25 125,150,250 and 300 TBI bikes. The...

Was going to buy another KTM 300 but instead bought a Rieju 300 Pro. What a great bike it is. Carburetor, premix , kickstart and KYB suspension.
That's cool. How much was that
@ This one was slightly used, 30 hrs for 7000€
Can't I just put a longer spark plug in it like you said in your last video that you deleted?
Sure. Use NGK V power BKR7E. Amazon for like $5. Best increase in snap you can get
Happy Thanksgiving Dave! had to put my dog down also he was amazing 17 y.o.
Sorry about that. I need to make some cool sticker with a dog on it and some funny saying. Any ideas?
I like TMs, but please don’t bring back carburetors because I don’t know how to change their jets. I have this older Sherco trials bike with a carb and it gives me problems when the weather changes, my TPI KTM is very smooth, you can’t compare.
It's ok. The FI bike is here as well. There will be lots of options
Happy Thanksgiving!!!
I am thankful I was prepared for my Sons psycho wife to ruin dinner.
Thankful for my power package kit with map switch and drain plug with mega magnet...and no thermostat tube!
Have a good Thanksgiving, that TM is sounding good after my 23 TX300 issues this summer.
What issues did you have?
@@travisconover4762 It always ran rich in the lower rpm range, really noticeable in tight single track from new. Had the ECM flashed, power was great but still fat on tight single track wanting to foul plug. At 20 hrs it started noticeably smoking a lot more, it started fouling plug on cold start up every time. I pulled CCP and it was full of oil, installed new CCP, it ran a little better but still smoking and dripping from silencer. On hard acceleration it would lay out a blue cloud and blow oil all over the rear fender. Pulled CCP and full of oil again, pressure tested engine, CCP manifold leaking at O ring seal. Pulled clutch cover along with clutch and drive gear, crankshaft seal leaking around O/D of seal. Pulled seal to find case bore scored from install, cleaned up bore and used 3 bond on bore and O/D of new seal. Oil consumption has stopped and took a couple hard rides to work the trans oil out of the crankcase. The only issue I have now is still runs fat on tight single track and have to clear it out or it wants to load up.
Happy Thanksgiving Dave!
Hopefully 2025 will be a Great Year for us all “ 🤜🏻
Need a t shirt with foghorn spanking the dogs behind.

Hi Dave, did you do both sides of the cylinder to 1/4 inch or just the left side as shown in the video?
Just the left side
Hi Dave, I wanted to ask you if you could share the stock M4C ECU dump for the KTM XC300 tbi? It's very hard to find that version of the bike in my area to read the firmware.
Thanks for the vid. At this point, I'd rather lose 3 db than gain 3 HP. Did you happen to test the sound pressure?
I bought one for my '23 TX300. It's $50 bones but I like the design. Install was easy. I also bought the smaller reed strips and larger power valve cover they offer. Those parts added some low end grunt for sure.
Super easy install. Took about 5 mins tops to take off the old one and put in this one. For those that don't know, the OEM tube bends just enough to access the 6mm screw holding in the CCPS from the left side; you can take the whole assembly out and slap in one of Pinit's w/o having to take anything off your bike.
On the tbi bikes running lean on the high end, what symptoms did you notice.? I'll be ordering the rail and line kit
Power just seems like it falls of and doesn't keep pulling. May hear some knocking. Thank you
Not trying to be a dick but your powervalve cover looks ABSOLUTELY nothing like the TSP powervalve cover.
...you suggest premix and the TBI pump? If so what ratio of premix while running the TBI pump? (I should get my ECU back from you guys today!) Thank you.
So much for "ready to race". More to go wrong means more will go wrong. Ktm has issues all over the internet spanning many models. Your Austrian machine is made from Chinese and Indian made parts now. 44 years in the motorcycle business and all I see are newer ktms with issues dirt bikes shouldn't have. Electronics, moisture and vibration don't mix. It's hilarious that you have to "fix" a $10,000 dirt bike. Some people never learn.
Are ppl actually putting oil in there fuel for back up if so how much
Isn’t the coil-body on your bike ground straight to the frame? Meaning, the two lips on the frame where the coil bolts into is bare metal, right?
Screw KTM at this point. Their bikes are going to shit. I have an older carby 300 and there are water jackets all the way around the cylinder. Dumb idea to change what works
Yamaha all the way! Honda second.
Your info on the rings seating (cut-in) is interesting. What do you recommend for a ring cut-in procedure for a 2-stroke MX bike? When replacing pistons and rings, I sometimes run the 3-bar hone up and down in the cylinder a few times to break the glaze (but not always), check the new ring gap and put it back together with the new parts and torque the head and cylinder to spec. I then typically take it out on the track and just start running it as usual. I don't run it through heat cycles or re-torque the bolts. I've heard people recommend using non-detergent oil on car engines for break-in and am guessing that's mainly for ring cut-in purposes too, which you seem to acknowledge (at least in using a different break-in pre-mix oil) in your video.
Good real world info here. Appreciate it. The end of Sept I'll be hard core into a lot of stuff like this. We'll all see what happens with various break in procedures. I don't do any of that heat cycle stuff either.
You should make this into a kit. We would all buy one.
2025 te 300 elko cyclinder I enlarged hole to .270. Had fan on bike since new and it was on alot. Last 2 rides slow technical and faster trails no fan.
Was this with a factory head or after market?
I have an old 2023 300tpi it has never been warmed up, I neglect services about every 40 hours. I do maybe clean the air filter every 5 rides. I kick the guts out of it. I'm on 150 hours and never taken the seat, tank, or looked at the water. It's a brilliant bike. I'm not changing a piston till it blows. 😅
I say almost that exact same thing when talking about my wife.
Exactly what i said to myself today checking mine. Id like to try 5 other gauges
Can we use legend in oil injection bikes? I took apart my 25 te300 to check that hole and deck height. Tested 190 psi. Appreciate your work
Yup. Legends is great for that. 190 is good as well. And thanks
Why make performance parts for a company you wont stand behind or even like?
It's the company that needs them.
Can u help me ?
I think my bike has the power valve stuck the error light (engine light) blinks 5 times and the bike has no power in high rpms ( it is kinda limited, doesn't develop full power), I tried to reset the valves with the dongle that comes with the bike ( half throttle procedure ) and de bike makes no noise after I release the throttle. Bike has 25 hours on it, already changed transmission oil twice. Any advices? have you ever seen it
Hey Dave, I've been watching a lot of your videos to learn about my new 2024 KTM EXC 150 TBI. I bought it a month ago and waited to ride it until I could do an event. The bike runs great and the spark plug is clean, but I'm getting a malfunction code for the crankcase pressure sensor. I'm planning to buy your part and change it, but I'm wondering if I can still ride my bike for a week or so while I wait for the part to arrive. Is it a major issue or a minor one for the engine? Also, the bike leaks oil from the exhaust, just like you mentioned in one of your videos. It's well-lubricated, though. It has three hours on it, and I'm using 70% power until the gear oil change and five-hour competition. Let me know what you think.
Take bike back to dealership to get them to fix crankcase sensor. The oil issue is annoying, they run rich on purpose to reduce chance of blowing a piston.
Added this part to my 24 TE150, and I couldn’t believe how much of an improvement it made for the bike 10/10 would recommend
Glad you liked it
It has a woodruff key and a nut. It can't slip. The problem doesn't exist.
A buddy of mine had a woodruff key "shear" when he was down in Baja - it took a while to diagnose the problem.. .. and an even LONGER time to file a chunk of metal into the shape of a new woodruff key...
It can, and I've witnessed it. Just needs human Involvement.
Already sold out, do you know when they will be back in stock?
This sounds great! I have a 2024 tx300 with a medium compression head. Would adding this larger cover and the reeds that also sell help add some bottom end and possibly midrange ?
Thanks. Don't add the reeds, but the reed strips and the over. Then it's a bottom to mid gain

@@0mega911 They leak right off the dealers floor
The more I see about these tbi engines the more I keep seeing 250/300 stuff. I have a 150 tbi and would love to see what you think of that engine if you get your hands on one.
Great idea
Think of it this way, if KTM were perfect you wouldn’t have as many parts to sell!
Oooh, I like it! Good job
You got some good videos brother
Thank you
Can you add a link to this part, or the website that sells it?
After pressure testing my 300 it showed a major leak and how loose the CCP sensor fit the rubber manifold. When I removed the sensor it had oil dripping out of the inlet, effects from bad clutch side crank seal. I like the looks of the CCP sensor manifold set up you made there, has to be way better than loose fitting factory manifold.
You got alot more videos like 😊this coming..it is after all a ktm
Kentucky Trash Masher. There is a reason they just laid off 20% of their work force
man i would hope you can change them without a dealer! I actually had the clutch side fall out! Put a new one in while still at the track.
