This is what I wanted to see - Live use of the unit. Anyone can make a video in their bedroom. For me the only thing it lacks are some effects for live use. That would have been great, like to keep it small and not take too much

I'm a bit confuse on specs of 212ce. Is it really rosewood back and sides or is it walnut? Because on Taylor website, it says walnut but on some reviews, it says rosewood. Can you confirm this, Sir?

Okay, this proofs that at least one person, along all the hype this thing gets, has used it the proper way in a live situation. You sound good. What is your opinion about the ToneX ONE? I'm thinking about getting one for my beginner bassist and pair it up with In-Ear Monitors for him to practice in his bedroom, record and play live.

Definitely the 212ce. The 212ce plus (layered rosewood back and sides) was cosmetically upgraded for the original offering. I has black purfling and a nicer rosette. I have the 212ce plus on order. What is the beautiful song you play at the beginning? Tab please.

Sounds good, great band congrats. But how do you deal with noise with the Tonex pedal? I can’t deal with it, the noise gate works but when I switch to another preset and return, the noise is back.

I tried them both, and to me the 212 sound wiped the floor with the 112.So i am the happy owner of a 212.

My NCX3 plays and sounds great. However, the piezo and transducer are wired together and pre-mixed, you can then blend the mic in on the same dial. I find the transducer sounds very honky, particularly at higher volume. I expected each pickup to have it's own control in the Cole Clark style, and I'm finding it hard to get a usable sound at gigs.

What Brand strings are you using?

I have an NCX1200R for 13 years now, which is the pre facelift version of this guitar. It’s aged very well and it’s always the guitar I reach for when I want to play, the Atmosfeel pickup is an improvement over the old pickups

I'll have to try these out. I have a 412ce Rosewood but they use the V bracing where both of these still use X bracing which IMO have been giving more bottom end fullness, I have the last year of the X braced 814CE models and it is a cannon. also more bottom end than any of the new V braced guitars no matter what model. I bring it to the store to A/B it against things off the wall and nothing comes close to the tone this older X braced 814CE has from the new V braced not even builders editions!

Got mine with a minor hairline crack with negotiating for 150$, sounds loud! I can feel the resonation from here
