Sixty four years ago after a day of skiing. We would grab a $2 galleon jug of vin rose, go to HOT CREEK. wade across the ice cold creek to the warm spring area of the creek, let the vin rose float around getting warm, stay in the creek till the rangers ran us off. The cabins in the movie North to Alaska with the hot pool scenes with the cabins were shot there. Movie company built a bridge over the creek and left it for our use. Until; one night; a girl got to drunk and wandered off. And that was the end of the good ole nights.

I know you can buy a house in Avalon (really expensive houses) but can you buy a home in Two Harbors? My research though not thorough leads me to conclude that there is no real estate to be had at Two Harbors despite the fact that there a real estate agent who specializes in Two Harbors properties. Maybe you have more information on the subject than I've been able to find?

I went to Pulk Pool about 25 years ago in the late afternoon. Beautiful location next to a pasture, very relaxing. People should know, at least back then, it was clothing optional. When walking up to the pool and there are people in it, it's a good idea to stop and see if they'll let you join them. Especially if they aren't wearing anything.
