I've had AVS in-channel on a couple of my cars, and have never had any problems. Most people that do have installed them incorrectly. I've always found WeatherTech products to be overpriced.

had issues with 9005 and 9006 bulbs. ordered from aliexpress. the plastic part was just too fat to fit in the housing. anyone else have this issue? first time i ordered the 9006 were too fat. second time i ordered 9005 bulb was too fat. i am very confused. i ordered from different sellers. so not sure why this keeps happening. In the past i use to order no issues. now this is a new issue i have noticed this year 2024

I just installed AVS on my subaru forester. The fit was like a glove. As far as the windows getting stuck, when you first install them, and you're about to pull up the window, have someone roll the windows up, while you carefully pull it towards you a bit. That way, when the window goes all the way up, it helps set the visor in place. No issues with it, and my windows don't get stuck. They say don't roll the windows down for a certain amount of hours to give the strip to really stick good. I left the windows up for like 3 days because it rained for 2 and let it stay up on the 3rd that it was finally sunny. I had no issues with it. The only thing I don't like about AVS is those bend edges. If it was a clean cut like weathertech, it would've been perfect.

2012 ford here. In mine there's the little pully thing with a leather handle. It has 2 of those star-shaped screws, but were too tight and I couldn't remove them no matter what. 🙄

I had the collar on the factory bulb stay in the car, and the bulb unscrewed without its collar. I didn't notice that, and when I went to put in the led one, I fought and fought to find the sweet spot to line up the 3 tabs but could not. I finally figured out why. The factory collar was still in it. So it was a bitch but with my finger and some pain I was able to push and turn the factory collar counter clockwise and remove it. Then the led bulb went right In to the 3 spots and I pressed and turned it. Thus it was done. I have never had the old bulb separate like that before, what a pain in the ass

Fantastic!!! Lol I've been dealing the same issue and never thought HOSE on the HOSE! I had the hose clamps already (but on the wrong part of the line) so ill give this a try and get back to you!

You van also cut the hard line at the leak and slide the metal hose into the rubber hose on both ends without cutting it and put your clamps ,but whatever works

If you take out the rubber seal and fits try putting some grease on the rubber seal to help it slide in

can i use a replacement pressure hose? because original is very expensive

My h11 led bulbs have a fan housing as the part you turn. I cant fit this new bulb in my new housing but ive fit the aftermarket bulb in the passenger aftermarket headlight housing already so im trying to figure oill guy
