      Thanks for watching! Good question. If you stir the soymilk or move the pot, the tofu pudding will not coagulate well. Let the soymilk sit still; that’s the key factor to achieve a "smooth and silky texture" for tofu pudding.

      Thanks for watching! I haven't tried using oatmeal flour for this recipe. If you use oatmeal flour instead of almond flour, the "carbohydrate" content of the cake will be higher.

      It's the same principle as meringue. Sometimes humidity can have an effect on the end result.

    In the UK this is called "Confectioners Cream" used in cakes instead of fresh cream, doesn't go off so quickly.
