What insoles do you recommend to absorbing the shock when you land then?
Well, not sure about this test really tells us - I was missing a bit and asking myself if you have really tried out the soles in your shoes maybe in a training or in a match and share your personal impressions and feelings around it trying it out multiple times? I would rate the tests you have done there not as any scientific proof that the soles have no impact. I mean, carbon running shoes also have their pros, but not sure if you would see the difference in a test like this.
The carbon in running shoes uses special foam for energy return against the carbon plate. These foams are really squishy.

I feel bad to those who reviewed this insole and still believing it works. It's too damn expensive that you better just buy a new pair of shoes. Probably made from china just like many other products.
i use circular because i feel like i get more momentum and hit harder with it, my shoulders fine but my elbows killing me 😭

i 100% agree these insole is a scam, they’re just super cheap foam glued to a carbon fiber plate, in their advertisements they also bent the insole a ton which your foot when jumping and running dont bent like that they only bent a little,no insole or shoes will make you jump higher run faster, they just make it easier for you to do those actions, there’re many other options that is better like move insole, zamst insole, power step insole,… insole just provide extra comfort in cushion and support
Lol a fully folded carbon plate can launch a 15oz shoe but a person 150+ lbs lol nope. Dumbest thing is ppl fall for this garbage. Invest in your body instead and do plyometrics, weightlifting and work on technique. Spend that $ on more 45lb plates instead and you’ll see some real gains. Thanks for uploading your video

This is such an educative information especially for someone who is new to volleyball coaching. I started learning about rules and violation in volleybal recently, and I just came accross this one video where the second ref called for a double violation of a setter, but base from this video, the former was not actually a violation, that's why I search for it 'cause I really didn't understand how it was a double violation, since it was clear that it only touches the ball once to the hands of setter. Now I understand through this video. TYSM😊

Not if the carbon fibre is right beneath your foot like this insole does… The whole point of non-corrective insoles is literally to provide comfort, that’s why they’re typically soft, flexible and conforming to the shape of your foot. They are not hard and rigid… For the same price of a vktry insoles you can get a top of the line shoe with a bottom loaded carbon fibre plate like the Way of Wade 10s

its because youre not using the rhomboid to initiate your drawback, thats probably why they circular armswing hurts, most importantly not getting the extra momentum from the arm for extra power.

What you need to do is plyometrics yo learn to jump and lots of it is natural ability

I think this was a great video for me, altho im a senior in highschool that started volleyball in my sophmore year. Im begining to take the sport more serious and am now playing club. My serve recive took a sudden decline after a poor preformance at a tournament i played in. I didnt realize that the root of all my issues was based on my foot movment. Thankfully my coaches caught this issue and im working to improve.

I'm starting my 4th year of High School officiating and I won't call a double if the ball based on spin due to this exact reason. Nothing about spin in the rule book, period, end of story. Let the outcome of the game be determined by the teams, not by awarding points on subjective double contact sets. There is a strong reason why NCAA changed... hopefully NFHS will follow suit next season so these coaches that tell double every time there is a slight rotation on a ball can be silences once and for all!

I feel like even when this guy bent the shoe a little bit it still went a bit further than without victory insoles. Also the company claims to be the only insole to be proven to make you jump higher, run faster, and prevent injury according to science. Idk if they would say something so promising like that just for it be a total scam.
The scientifically proven claim could be true but also misleading. They do not proved their study metrics so it could be crappy science. If I give 5 athletes insoles that already have a better vert and have them compare verticals with 5 other athletes that already have a lower vert . I could make a scientific claim that athletes with the insoles jumped higher then athletes without. That would technically be true but would be a poor study. I have seen a video where they gave 3 athletes insoles and then raced athletes without. All 3 athletes beat the others. How easy would it be to knowingly give the 3 fastest athletes the insoles to tip the scales in their favor? Here is a a report from a third party.
