After looking at Google Earth, I saw that the tribe names in Game Changers were also locations in the Mamanuca Islands. Mana Island is where all the challenges and tribal council took place, Tavua Island is where the Tavua camp was (which is why Sarah won), and I then I could be wrong about this one, but I think Nuku is also named after a town on the main island.

Edge of Extinction's tribe names all take reference to the rising of the phoenix (Manu - bird, Kama - fire, Lesu - to return) and the merge emblem is red and has a phoenix on it, which is actually super clever, it even has this sort of Asian aesthetic to it. 44 was definitely going for a medieval theme with chief (king), worship, and righteousness being in tandem with medieval and royalty, especially when you considering the sword/shield Tribal Immunity and the merge being a dragon. There's def more but they aren't that well-defined but I think it's cool that new era still does themes even if its just a backdrop, it feels very off without it.

From FLRNFLUFF: Edge of Extinction's tribe names could be a reference to a phoenix (bird, burn, return), which would make sense for the season since players had the opportunity to re-enter the game. Also, 44's tribe names (chief, worship, righteousness) could all refer to the Medieval theme.

For winners at war, their symbols were guns and swords, which makes "to cut" and "gun" thematic of their war symbolism found in the axe snuffer, and powder keg voting urn.
