I had the first generation tt and it was fun now I have the mk2 vr6 tt manual and it’s a bit better overall. The ttrs is my dream car 😊
If wanted to just pull out the di injectors to clean them, would I need to removed hpfp and all that? To get the di fuel rail out
At such power levels do you get axel and driveshaft breaking? Noticed it to be an issue to some. Is that a weakness on these cars at a certain power output

awesome build man! Should be fine in this application but for higher pressure areas (like if you stripped your spark plug threads) lock n stitch> timesert> helicoil
Never heard of lock n stitch, what’s that?
@@briansaxon its another form of thread repair. They're typically used for spark plug repair or another area that requires full torque and is subject to high pressures. (For Ford and a few other OEM's its the only approved repair) I tried adding some links to give you some info but youtube isn't liking that for some reason and deleted my comment. Search "The differences between time serts and the lock-n-stitch inserts" it has a good breakdown of them and so does lock n stitch's youtube channel.

I personally thought you would have ditched SRM while you were selling the hybrid kit. You are too OG to trust SRM for big power things. I’m sure it did its job on a gtx3582 Garrett kit but not that monster of a set up. Either way, great build and William should be punching the air for letting this thing go
I was hoping the srm setup would work, even more hopeful it would work without their controller. I’m sure it’s something that someone with more patience than me can fix

Curious, what AN fittings did you use to connect the HPFP line to the Radium split-flow fuel sensor adapter? The adaptor looks like a 10AN ORB female but the Iroz Fuel line from HPFP is a smaller 6AN, I think.
I deleted the DI so I don’t have a split, just 10an going to the rail

Yk and I hear the argument A2A doesn’t perform well past what 600-650whp, yet ALOT of these 700-1400whp cars are running huge intercoolers such as yours. That’s disregarding a2a innerchiller (co2 shot) if people are even doing that. Really just shows A2A is still ideal even at high hp

I am debating on going with a surge tank setup, I spoke with a sales rep from ostar and he told me they would sell a pnp kit if I wanted. That was after I got my cams

I was logging the car, otherwise at that speed it would have been in 2nd gear and no issues
@@briansaxon I wud think with a 1050 and 5 cylinder it wud still come on sooner. Seems like 5k plus rpm to make ANY boost
@@TENNESSEETRACKHAWK full boost by 5000 in 3rd gear, in 4th it would be lower as there’s more load
So why no more R8? And went back to a ttrs again?
The r8 was a great car but I have just as much fun with the Ttrs without feeling guilty about it not being driven
I own a TTRS also, how much does the kit cost ? excluding the engine. what is very impressive, that turbo is spooling like a stock one :O
Everything is on the iroz website for pricing. It doesn’t spool horrible but certainly not like stock turbo though

Keeping the stock brake kit but definitely doing the TE37 18” stage 3 on e for now! 2018 mk3 and I love this car definitely fast and a head turner for those that don’t know cars like that. 4 years later ppl sometimes are like what is that never seen one before corvette and mustangs can’t do that period and they all cost more
