Ingredients
1 kg raw mangoes
3/4 th cup small dried red chillies
10-12 dried red chillies ( Kashmiri or Byadgi chillies )
3 tsps mustard seeds
10 pealed garlic cloves .
1 tsp roasted jeera
Pinch of roasted jeera
Salt 1 cup ( coarse or fine salt)
3/4 th cup vinegar .
For Tadka
4 tbsps coconut oil
1 tsp mustard seeds.
5-6 slightly crushed garlic cloves .
Handful of curry leaves
1/4 th tsp hingh powder / asofoetida

Wash & dry the mangoes .
Cut the mangoes into small chunks.
Use a clean glass jar & layer the jar

Big must for smoothies are for them to not have ANY,Any milk. If it gets difficult to mix rearrange it with a spoon.you made a pomegranate shake.
Thank you for your view . Smoothies can be blended with a small quantity of milk or yogurt , with combination of fruits along with it .

6 cups rice is 1 kg rice?
Approximately 1 kg . You can add an extra cup if required .

You can use non dairy milk , and reduce the quantity to avoid weight gain .
Nobody had gotten obese by drinking to many pomegranate banana milk smoothies. There is probably other things that can go before cutting dairy and fruit.
