Hi… I would say that the Cricut machines are pretty easy to use. When you unbox the machine you plug it into the computer. Actually now they are Bluetooth enabled. You will need a Wi-Fi connection. I will also say that the customer service for Cricut is great. You can call them and someone will hold your hand and walk you through it. I absolutely love having this machine as a tool.
