It would be cool if survivor Simon was real Simon, but instead of him having a wheel chair, he has leg supports that are made of the entity’s iron spider like legs that are inserted into him like supports, just to play the cruel joke on him and to keep the game entertaining for the entity. The entity wouldn’t like to watch Simon be hopeless and idle in his chair after all, it would love to watch him run hopelessly with his legs. And something interesting would be to remove those supports during the Aomori animations And the killer is book Simon, twisted and full of hatred. The embodiment of the negative side of simon

Awesome idea, since Cash’s ending is never gonna come to close after he went missing, he could’ve been taking by the entity, and so has the director. The director being puppeteered by the entity to anger Cash into violence, maybe even the entity making survivors look like gang members or even the director himself. Fun idea, probably would never happen.
