The EASIEST way to catch LIMITS of speckled TROUT

This is hands down the easiest way to catch limits of trout especially now that the trout limit has been changed to 5 per day instead of 10. Its called CROAKER SOAKING and it works like a charm. Use the rig I described in the video and get out there and catch some trout!

I’ll keep that in mind next video. All I was using was live shrimp and a popping cork. The popping cork I was using is from 4 horseman tackle.

I have 2 myself I like them very stable and roomy. dont have an issue on paddling them, just find out where the wind is blowing.

The Lonestar Sportsman Nick Parr lol he got me a much better reel for Christmas, but I had artificial on that one. It wasn’t set up w the popping cork. Plus I’m never throwing a popping cork on a bait caster again. 😂🤦🏼♀️ I’ve had throughly with that one for a while, so I was real nervous. 😬

25" is a solid trout no doubt! Definitely on the way... but chasing that 1% of the fish population is tough. I can't tell you how many zero bite days I've spent wading, how hard it is reeling uber slow making twitching twice or thrice in 50 degree water in leaky waders. But wading is worth it. Most trout over 26" I've caught was wading, though I've pulled a few on my kayak taping up to 26". My PB trout is 32.5" 10 lbs and yeah, caught on a walk in wade on a February day. Each cast in February is once cast closer for that yard stick, good luck! Don't forget to go even shallower this March and April!

I've been at that location but didn't go that far. In the begininng of this video where you first cast, I thought there was a deep drop off so I walked back and didn't get to wade to the other side where that house is at since I was solo. Great video and thank you.

LOL, Xmas bay not much of a secret, takes a little time to get comfortable standing, I have a 10T and worked my way to launching standing up and tossing a cast net from it. Tight lines!

find same water with mixture of fresh water.. fresh water does not feel as cold or hot like when you touch a piece metal vs wood . .but you are catching more fish than most since I have skiped fishing for 2 months .
