Both movies were great, but I liked this one a bit more for one reason. The warlock in this movie was basically a mortal practicioner of dark magic. Changed, sure, allowing all the rules of witches to come into effect. The warlock in the other movie was a straight up demon, nothing human about him.

This movie warlock is pretty good and it also gave me an inspiration for a video game I plan to work on called at the clay verse there's a section in the game the horror section it's called Museum of rigor mortis is Museum owned by a a world-renowned archaeologist named dr. Rodger Morris in his origin he was give information about his ancestor Angelica Morrician she was a witch in medieval England she escaped from persecution believed to have escaped to Salem Massachusetts became well-known member of the council in Massachusetts until she was revealed as a witch in 1673 she was burned at the stake for her crimes for instance turning all the farmers plants into Ash she was accused of burning down Force with people in them and she was apprehended by witch Hunters in Salem and burned at the stake for her crimes however after she was burned her ashes replaced and a 10 in figure of her a stone statue of herself and was buried in Salem now years later her descendant Rodger Morris plans to open a museum exhibit in honor of her but also to clear her name he has been trying to tell people that she was a Wiccan upon his arrival in Salem many people have warned him about his ancestor he doesn't mean to sell any historical artifacts relating to his ancestors he plans to open an exhibit in honor of her what she has done for people or so they say one day he finds the urn she's in and he accidentally dropped it and somehow her spirit possessed her descendant. On the day he opens the exhibit he invited several people play Museum including the main character clay Williams the museum post is Rodger sister Tracy Morris explains all that was going on in museum she basically gave them a tour. But it turns out the tour was a trap Angelica spirit that was in Rodger came to life brought all the Museum artifacts to life all the wax statues all the stone statues pretty much everything in the museum that was animate and inanimate came to life the only way to stop Angelica is by reciting a cantation near one of the artifacts that Rodger discovered one of them was Angelica's most famous witch tricks a mirror but not just any mirror a soul mirror if you recite the cantation her Essence will be taken out of Rodger and thrown into the mirror and a upon her being trapped in the mirror you have to destroy the mirror put all the pieces into the urn and throw it into the fireplace of the mansion. The goal in that level is to save Rodger and his sister and escape the museum alive. But it's just an idea at the moment.
