I'm so lazy to water my plants even when I'm at home, now I'll use this method on regular basis 😅

To improve this method, place all pots over a peg board, which is placed over a tub or reservoir of some type. Put the pump in there. The water will be recycled which saves the pump from drying out while you are gone. In this way, you keep plants watered for longer without pump failure even though its on a timer. To keep the water from evaporating too much, you put weed fabric between the peg board and reservoir so on hot days, the water won't evaporate as fast. I built one of those in 2008 during a bad drought, and kept my garden alive while everyone else didn't have one. Even on days I could not water, I had water already in the reservoir so I could keep my plants watered and hydrated. I was smart doing that. My neighbors were not happy with me after that. Some reported me for using water when I wasn't supposed to, and they came and looked, and told my neighbors I was in compliance with the restrictions. Oh they were plenty mad. I will teach others how to do this same thing. That way, they too can grow their own food.

I tried this system using water drum. But water flow doesn't stop from pipe when the pump is off.

1. Get a hair clip to break the bigger part in half then sand it down until there's no more color only metal 2. Get a AA battery holder and 3v active buzzer then put some batteries in the battery holder then connect the negative terminal of the battery to the negative of the buzzer with an soldering gun, then check positive sign to identify terminals
