way to chew up a led strip. Try single leds on each side of a coin battery.

Can I use only 1 coin cell instead of 3...?

It depends upon voltage of your led, if you have 3v led you will need 2 cell, for 1.5 v led 1 cell

I thought these videos are supposed to tell you what you need and where to buy like the 12v led strip lights

Can we use 3.7v rechargeable battery

It depends upon voltage of LED you are using

Leds run at 20 mA. A 3.7v batt will probably run 450mA. For that amount of current it may go bang. Wire your leds in parallel up to the amount of current you have. Also watch out for L ion batts...they have no internal resistance so if they short out, they will explode. Use AAA alkaline batts or coin batts if low amperage.

@@imho2278 not all LEDs draw 20mA. Plus both power supplies and batteries will give as much current as the load, in this case LED(s), need
