@DJ-SEBBOO , The synthetic roofing tiles is made from synthetic hard plastic. There are 3 layers. The first layer is synthetic material, the 2nd layer is chalk, and the 3rd layer is synthetic material. The chalk helps with heat reduction and is fire resistant. Chalk keeps the room cool compared to iron sheets. Rain water harvested is safe for both human and cattle consumption, unlike Decra roofing tiles.

When the money is right I want to do it right. Yes, it is a two level house. I also have options for three-bedroom bungalows in case sitafika hapo. My Pinterest has most of the floorplans behind those.

This is the time to renovate before putting grills and roofing. If both of you want, angusha some side & reconstruct but you must have a good designer. I think, flat root inawezekana. This is the time, Both of you shikaneni mkono & do your due diligence. 1. Be open minded. 2. Open kitchen & dining 3. Kama nikuvunja some parts & reconstruct.( Remember the stones can still be used) Yangu ilikua disaster.

This is indeed the time to arrest mistakes before they ruin everything and become a costly mess!! We're on the same page on that. Henceforth, we don't want to sleep on this project. We're willing to wait longer if we must to get quality. Let the roofing engineer come to give a quote then tutadiscuss the pros and cons of a flat/hidden roof the see the best way out. Meanwhile we're really in sync as a couple. This is going to be our first matrimonial home and we're both committed to the process.
