After you clicked on Immo keys, how did you get the GM section there? I just got mine, plugged it in, hit "read VIN", but for whatever reason (and I'm not even sure how this is possible), the VIN it comes back with is not correct?

Sucking the oil out is probably the worst thing you can do.All the crap and metal shards are now left in the sump.

Very good video. One thing I'm wondering about is how the acid affects the metal after the rust is gone. Many similar products advise you to wash off the acid before you apply paint. Is this one different? I'm wondering because I've got a rusty truck frame , but no plans of taking the whole truck apart. Brush on and paint over is much easier than having to wash it off thoroughly, especially when you're under the truck.

I just did the same hitch on my 2001 gmc sonoma and the bumper doesn't have to come off, took about 30 minutes to install.

Not sure why, but when I went to add my VIN, it said my VIN was for a 2016 JK Wrangler 😂 I think I just died! Still couldn't program my key fobs, going to have to get my mechanic to do it for me, but got a good laugh in this morning, either way lol.

The "WSS M2C925-A vs WSS M2C945-A" debate rages. How did you determine that WSS M2C945-A is suitable to replace WSS M2C925-A oil? I want to believe you. My manual says to use WSS M2C925-A, and I cannot find tech specs for it.

I followed your advice and did this and the AP200 unit appears to have killed my battery. Is there a process to exit the software and have it cut off its connection to the computer? Does the light need to turn from blue to green before I can pull the device out of the port? Also, the device got stuck in the port and I had to pull really hard to get it out and I was worried I would damage the port. Any advice for that? I'm really hesitant to even plug this back into the port, but if I don't I fear the battery will just keep draining. Please help asap! Thank you.

You don't have to wait 10 minutes just hit the cancel button on the steering wheel twice once on checking mode and it will let you know immediately. Promise you. I too have an 2010 Jaguar XKR :)

I'd add a little guidance about resetting service mode... After you turn ON the electronics, you have 3 SECONDS to: 1) release fog button, hit and hold button thingy on turn signal + hit and hold fog light button.

I have used Corroseal for so many projects... everything from rusty door hinges, wheelbarrows, outdoor furniture, fencing, and of course automotive applications. It is the MOST AMAZING PRODUCT I have ever used. I spent $16 on a 32oz bottle about 10 years ago & I still have about 12oz left!!!! IMPORTANT TIP: DO NOT STORE anywhere that will get HOT, like a GARAGE or SHED. The material at the bottom of the bottle will rubberize & you will lose product.

How is that spray paint not an oil base? What's going on there I thought oil base is gonna have thinners. I guess if it dries really quick it's kinda like it's not there

I noticed you applied it to already painted surface is that why you scuff it up with the scoring pad ??? I was wondering that cause the frame I want to do still has factory paint in spots and did t know if I had to strip to bare metal and use a metal etching primer ....
