I've I owned three, still own two of these in pink and maple, all absolute gems....I'm a luthier and have owned classic Stingrays, US Fenders, Spectors etc which tells you everything you need to know. Excellent basses regardless price point. Easy low set up, good smooth tuners, very well finished fretboard, proper sized bridge, all you need pups, shallow playable neck, what's not to like.

Just picked one of these up second hand for my young nephew to get started with, and fell pretty lucky as it is in brand new condition and still in its original box and doesn’t luck as if it’s ever been played. And for less than £100 it does play rather well I’m no pro but can still get a tune out of it and it’s pretty free blowing and I hope this will encourage him to get on the brass ladder.

As a drummer I like to play guitars too. This year I finished my collection of classic trendsetting electric guitars. Anyway, I now have too many guitars, but that's how life as a musician goes. I like all of them, each has it's own voice and sound. I didn't bought originals, they are too expensive, may they sound better or not, what is to be doubted. For Fender copies I selected Vibes Classic 50s as Tele and a Strat. Don't want Epiphones, although I have the jazz hollow body Joe Pass model, which I like. So I did some research and stumbled across the brand Vintage, tested their SG in cherry red and a few month later a Les Paul V100 Ice Tea. Both are great guitars for the relative small money I had to pay in deals with the local music store. Round about 360€ for each. Their finish is very good and they have the typical sounds of these kind of guitars, the reason I choosed and bought them. Don't know, if they're better than Epiphones. Maybe a bit different. I recommend these affordable not in a way 'cheap' guitars to all interested guitar players. Especially the SG because the video is about SGs. A tip: I would also and first play each guitar clean for demonstration and if using distortion, be very careful with the amount off fuzz. Otherwise everything and all pick ups, the brigde one not too much, will sound the same. The true character of a guitar can be shown best without effects in my ears. Afterwards it can be demonstrated, what effects can do with the guitar.

The finish looks real weird, but this seems like a decent choice for a tight budget. I may get a used one I found on Reverb because I need a decent cheap guitar to record guitar samples for my beats. I hope I'm making the right choice!

I have just bought one of these OTR140 trumpets, virtually new. Mostly based on your review Rikki. I have played trumpet for nearly 40 years. This is a Fantastic Instrument and i am really happy to have this in my collection of trumpets. Beautiful tone and looks good too.

I've played and owned a half dozen brand guitars since 1949 (12 years old). Some hi end models but mostly mid range guitars. Yesterday I bought a well experience Yamaha F310. So we will see what we will see. Several dings on it but bridge was secure, and neck had no bow in it. Intonation was so so. Put some Martin light gauge strings that we gifted to me by Martin Co.After examining saddle and nut heighth I'm gonna leave those issues as sleeping dogs. Some of the best playing and sounding guitars looked like total train wrecks. If this 310 proves to be as good as the 335 I bought my grandson I'm home free!!!

First two settings were awful - didn't do the guitar justice at all. I'm sure it sounds better than that.

I own one! a friend bought it at a garage sale for me for $50.he bought it with an Ibanez guitar included for $100 but that's how I split it up.i gave him 100 for the both.the bass needed a neck adjustment,the action needed to be lowered,but even with the high action it had perfect intonation.i paid 60 for "the genius" Andrew knight to fix it,and ooh baby,he did.i have the silver one.i love it so much.as much as I love my ibanez roadstar guitar.the other Ibanez I sold for 180 to two passionate young musos...amazing purchase.i only recently found out that these bitches retail for 430-500 retail.if I was in a band I would trust it for sure.I have already created 2 songs with it and had lots of fun learning covers
