I felt terrible about falling out with Allistair but I needed to do a playthrough that matched what I gave in the Dragon Age Keep, and I fully kept Loghain alive so I would have someone for my Inquisitor to sacrifice in the Fade later without feeling bad about it 😂

What's funny is that Morrigan likely understands him as if he was speaking Common. Her being a shape-shifter and running with beasts, she probably understands him without issue

When I played this game the first time a part of me allways wished they would become a couple somehow.

These things Was, why I loved the first Dragon age that much....

I always find Blackwall's banters so interesting. People who liked him before finding out who he is actually dislike him after (Cassandra and Solas to name a few). But strangely in turn people who disliked him before usually like him after (Varric as an example). Of course, this doesn't really apply to those who already knew (The Iron Bull and Cole).

So Loghain also had heard rumors that cailan was going to try to marry Celene, that combined with Cailan overextending his position and the signal being lit at the wrong time led to his decision to leave the battle. It was an honest retreat, but there was some anger there as well that guided his decision. He's not evil Howe was evil and Logain was blinded by the many events happening in Ferelden to see his old friend Howe was using him. It also couldn't have help knowing that Orlais was preparing to send troops to meet the blight, Loghain would've seen that as a invasion.

Back when I was playing origins in my early 20s I never would have thought he would be my favourite origins character. I think a huge role in my change of outlook was also Regill from wrath of the righteous. I'm super sold on lawful evil types! Then again probably being in my late 20s also changed my opinion. Since before I only ever cared about Morrigan, Alistar and Leliana. Now I find my favourites are Wynn, Loghain and Shale :) Such a well written game and characters! ❤

Qunari are so darn interesting in a lot of ways, but then again, there's their treatment of mages which turns me off a lot. Amongst other shite, Solas's view on them is quite interesting as well.

Despite all the amusingness of the situation, there is also a deep tragedy here. They seem to simply not be able to quite reach or understand each other, and when wants to communicate, the other shuts down, and vice-versa. It seems to be a common theme even amongst many of the companions, specially Morrigan. It's sad, but also incredibly well-made.

Hi, i know this may be out of topic... but how to you managed to get the awakening files to work with the toolset (like the follower models)? Im trying but its difficult to find anything that work, the only thing i can use are the area layout

I never knew about the second interaction with the Dog. While I often traded a hardened King Alistair for Logain (it just seemed logical to have the extra warden just in case, and I figured eventually Alistair would forgive me since we were buddies), his interaction with the dog certainly makes me think they were right to tell me my Dog wasn't allowed to do the champion fight.
