Good video. Not as biased based on patch notes and favourites. As a Mesmer main in g3+ rank. I prefer mirage most the time but I say depending on comps i might go chrono support or even chrono dps. I think scourge can perform really well. Not as good as start of soto, but imo it’s somewhat viable with a good team (like pre-made tourney)!!

Testing this Build the 2nd Day now.. I mean it looks fun and with Primelightbeam there can be even more Damage. Also i still use my Core / Scrapper Gear almost full Berserker with Marauder rune lol. Also have to learn the basic Combos because i mainly play Core or Prybar Srapper :D

Hard to say it’s bad but hard to say it’s good. For veterans, it’s prolly very lackluster and low effort, given they have accomplished most of what the game already offered. If you are a new player, it’s probably great, because you already have so much content to get through it just seems like extra content on top of what is already there, which is a lot. I think in the grand scheme of the entirety of GW2 it’s good. As a standalone project, it’s very mediocre with a touch of excellence, but this is kinda the way gaming is going in general. It is disappointing but it’s not just gw2 struggling to captivate a wider audience and put a full fleshed product out to the public.

8:38 This is incorrect - You are showing the return NOT including the value of mystic clovers. You have to click on the settings gear to select if you want to include their value. With clovers included, most of the one-time reward tracks are worth over 50g. You should also know that the calculation for Thunderhead Peaks assumes you are getting "max value" from the branded mass - about 11g from 60 branded mass. This is highly misleading, as that requires crafting and selling diviner's stat spearguns at their current sell price. Realistically, almost nobody will buy such expensive diviner gear, so 60 branded mass should be assumed to currently return around 4.2 gold from turning into volatile magic and buying trophy shipments, meaning it's around 14g in total, not 21g. It's important when using fastfarm to click though and see how they expect you to liquidate your currencies, since it's often either a hassle or entirely unrealistic. There also seems to be errors, like how it shows some pvp tracks rewarding memories of battle instead of shards of glory. Given that, I think the EoD reward track has the highest gold return, assuming you will craft and sell aurene precursors. Soto is great if you want easy access to the soto relics. Janthir is great if you want woad armor, or easy access to the janthir relics. Maguuma wastes is good for farming geodes. Festival and dungeon reward tracks are generally terrible since they lack gold/clovers, however the Halloween one is good for new players that need 20 slot bags and don't care about clovers yet.

They'll nerf them in 3 weeks, they always do. Any time they release stuff that is fun, you get usually only get 2 weeks of fun then the nerf removes the fun aspect. The pattern is so prevalent that i don't bother with the newest util after they nerf it. That way I don't have to deal with the frustration and disappointment as often.

Bad update. Nothing but the raid and even those are recycled reskins. Low effort. PvE players got essentally nothing. Gw2 fell off.

Some may find it useful to know: For clovers: non-repeatable Drizzlewood, Bjora Marches and Grothmar give 14,11 and 9 respectively and can be done once in WvW and once in PvP For WvW skirmish Tickets: Unlocking the warclaw and the warclaw skin give 250 tickets each.

New player perspective: I decided the new spear was too complicated for me to make. But, it's the FIRST time I've been able to make decent Gold selling materials. I sold all of the spear mats I could gather this week and made almost 100 Gold. So, that was neat.

Is this really icelandic themed? I get nordic / scandinavian, but does iceland ecology even support bears? Homestead is cool but me personally i don't have the patience to make something nice enough for me to like ... two maps initially was nice, but to me it is underwhelming. I will do the spear, I might get into raiding a bit ...

I came back to the game at the end of SOTO for JW. So I hadn't seen the new cadence of release yet. Needless to say I was a little disappointed to see how little was in this update. Granted I don't do raids and will maybe do the new strike once or twice so there is "new" content but if that is not the type of content you play it is a little lack luster. So 3 more months of the old content until they release something new I guess.

I notice that it is harder to get supply in wvw.

As an open worId PvE player, I just miss a new map to explore... But know we will get two in the 2025 updates...

I wish you would have got a big ticket item or two. Ive long thought that blacklion keys have pretty much become trash. It's a shame. But at least u will have fun going through the process ❤

Giving up Karakosa on support Tempest for two aura's (one you can't even transmute) is a tough choice. Maybe on dps Catalyst for a faster ramp up on empowering auras? Burn on water blast sounds like a good fit for condi Druid. All in all I'm rather unimpressed but isn't that how it's been for a few years now. Just when I thought the standard couldn't get any lower, Anet surprises me. Time for a new team or a new game, it's been a long and enjoyable ride bur nothing lasts forever.

Thst ice/light aura may boost Mace Ranger's tankyness

I love that build. Though I prefer playing it with medkit and spectrum shield instead of the boots. Also I am using Isgarren Relic or now maybe Stormsinger would be good. Works with sword/shield and surprisingly well with sword/pistol as well. Though that is quite risky.

Does the bee one have a cooldown? Would it work with ondi mirage jaunt?

8:19 Right around the click a nice 10k bleed tick, cinematic ~ Love to try this build. Trying to solo champs in pve is one of the funnest parts of GW2 and makes full clearing maps more interesting, cheers

Yeah, I don't know. I'm sure that there are a few, probably rather rare cases in which the new relics plug a hole in a build, and that's good, but overall, a bit disappointing to be honest.

i tested Beehive Relic on my Power Reaper with chilled to the Bone Elite and it is kinda nice extra Damage

so sad. laziest raid i’ve ever seen. legendary and champion versions of the mobs we have been killing this entire xpac, then to copy paste world bosses as the raid bosses. incredibly disappointing :(

it is really good and easy in what it does but i find this build boring as f... I'm more into a power Willbender for OpenWorld... even that i cant solo a champion/legendary but it's fun to jump from target to target.
