Simply conversion used 0GC 927 711G into 'new' 0DE 927 711C unit. Conversion is possible in both sides, 0GC into 0DE and 0DE into 0GC. Reading / writing internal processor Flash memory (user mat) and internal eeprom memory (data mat) in SH72549 processor made by Renesas. This BOSCH TCU is used in many newest VAG cars with 7-gears Double Clutch Gearbox. mechaprog.com

on 2:42, it shows there is a dual wire for both +12V & GND. Is it parallel on both wire on each of it? Or separated on each other?

056200 First one we have seen at the shop, usually a bad TCU/Mechatronics from what I gather?
This error is usually caused by a faulty alternator, battery, or wiring harness. It is a secondary error, so simply replacing the control unit with a new one will not solve the problem in the long term. Generally, according to Mercedes, in such a situation, a new control unit or a complete mechatronics system should be installed, followed by the coding and programming process. Alternatively, if the entire EEPROM containing the immobilizer data has not been overwritten, there is a chance for a software repair (rebuilding the EEPROM content) and recalculating the new checksums.

Jest ktoś z Polski kto wlutowywal te czujniki. Wymienione na nowe oryginalne i po 200km problem wrócił. Pokazuje aktualne ciśnienie ale na ułamek sekundy pojawia się ciśnienie -3 bary i powoduje że skrzynia zgłasza awarię. Padł ponownie czujnik czy może coś źle zlutowane. Choć tu na filmiku nie wygląda to na jakieś specjalne luty. Ktoś coś podpowie?
moze byc niedolutowany czujnik, albo fizycznie uszkodzony czujnik lub / i uszkodzony np. elektrostatycznie sterownik. Jezeli jest 'niedolutowany' to testujac na 'stole' i go 'wciskajac' albo stukajac delikatnie powinno Ci sie udac 'powtorzyc' usterke na stole i wskazania. Jak znajdziesz 'regule' to bedziesz w domu.

@@mechasoft jutro zamierzam zdemontować sterownik mechatroniki. Dziś mała diagnostyka. Skrzynia działa poprawnie na wszystkich biegach do póki skrzynia sie nie zagrzeje. Później błąd ciśnienia sprzęgła 1. @mechasoft dajcie jakieś namiary na siebie. Bo dzwoniłem na nr z internetu i nie odpowiada.

Mechatronika ponownie zdemontowana. Wylutowane czujniki. Oczyszczone z cyny i zabielone końcówki czujników. Czujniki wlutowałem ponownie. Od naprawy auto przejechało ok2000km. Skrzynia działa bez problemów. Dzięki @mechasoft za pomoc

It can be solenoid self, it can be connection lines, but also valvebody or tcu self. Without complete diagnosis is hard to say what it is.

Hi firstly thanks for your sharing . i ordered sensor from china aliexpress and i replaced but it didnt failed .normally my fault was p173500 .after sensor replaced fault exchanged the p175e00 . Is this problem related sensor or adaptaion ? Can you help about it ? If it not problem for you can you share link you ordered the sensor thanks
Hello, today i faced exactly the same problem after changing the sensor. Did you somehow manage to fix the error? I would be very thankful for your answer because i literally unmounted the Mechatronic 2 times today and always get the same error and my cockpit is full of errors.
@@nixremix hi i thought that sensor is not apropriate for this tcu and i removed it from scrap tcu and replaced it corrected.

Passat 2018 tdi with dq381, sensors changed with SMP 132-532. Basic settings done one time after replacement. Problem is that car gets error P176f clutch 2 closes unintentionally when put in reverse or when you stop when driving. Any suggestions? Thnx

if you have hardware with ending F, you can use only F, if you have E you can use E L N P but you must pay attention with newer revision - can be different.

I have a dq500 back from reconditing however, If i travel 11 km from cold and it goes into emergency mode p173600 .on 3 separate trips all plotted with texa one common pid is oil temp 58 to 64 degrees . they had me carry out relearn basic settings this made no difference . They were talking firmware may need to be checked it's up to date . I feel they need to get of the fence and have me take it out again so they can fix it right the second time and replace the sensor for gears 246R as i can only drive in 1357 when in limp mode and get out and push it if i need reverse (go VW) 130966 km

У WV мастера краешек чёрного корпуса выламывают и тогда есть возможность поддеть и начать приподнимать крышку отклеивая герметик. Спирт и фен в помощь

It doesn't work. After two or three months the same problem returns
probable causes: Faulty, low-quality sensors. incorrect installation (overheating). undiagnosed primary defect of the gearbox (hydraulics), which leads to damage to the TCU’s sensors.

@@pavlito4014 use a lead-based solder alloy, which will allow you to significantly lower the soldering temperature. A lower temperature will also prevent the flux from 'burning off,' both the one you added externally and the one present in most solder alloys. It's not just the temperature that is critical, but mainly the soldering time. You can damage the sensor either by too high a temperature or by heating it for too long [if you set it to 200°C and heat for 20 seconds, you have >90% chance of damaging it].

great video, but is there a specific way of getting that goo off the PCB? i have a few broken wires on both sides and a broken cap.. its a pain in the ass to remove all the goo though.
