Spraying the beans in the grinder catch cup leaves it moist, so some of the finer grinds will stick inside it. While that might not be a particularly bad thing for the coffee taste, it means you have to clean the catch cup every time. I'd have to move a bunch of stuff out of the way, but I'm confident I could then fit this on my counter--although I have to say I am envious of how much counter space you have! So lovely to see that you had such a great experience right from the start, that is _so_ encouraging! Genuinely excited for you to explore this! Please, please keep us updated! I'm looking at the "where to buy" section on the Behmor site and they list Sweet Marias as a supplier. Did you buy their starter kit from them? Is there as much mess as there appears to be?

      Hola @jaungoiko84 Está maquina debe de poder hacer espresso, porque produce presión. Creo que el problema está más relacionado con la relación que ella usó entre el agua, y el café molido. Espreso tiene una relación entre el agua y el café, un poco más similar a 1:2, tal vez 18g de café, a 36g de líquido. Encuanto al sabor, exacto, un buen café produce un buen café. Saludos de Miami. Qué esté bien.

    Thank you for the video. I enjoyed it. I understand you’re trying to give as much value as possible in a limited time, but I would’ve appreciated seeing at least one of the brews where are you showed the entire process, including the stirring, etc. whether in real time or sped up. I love using my Aeropress. I think I’m gonna have to go try something like I usually do but with a one to three room temperature bloom.

      Thanks for the feedback, I'll definitely show the full process the next time I make something like this. It's easy to neglect detail for the sake of time and that's something I need to find a middle ground on (: Let me know how you like your result when you try the room temp. bloom!

    I like Dark Roast. Is that divisive?

      @HappyHomeBarista 2 месяца назад

      I don't think so! Just a matter of personal taste (: I think fruit juice brings out the acidity in light roast really well, but if dark roast is more your cup of tea, go for it!

    To take out the astringency, just pour it into another cup. So make your brew. Then once done transfer the coffee to another cup. The air thats incorporated somehow reduces or cuts back astringency.

    So what I have done so far, 15G of coffee, grind very fine like 2 and increase the heat to 202 or 204 and I get OK results ... also, I am new to this so still working on it.
