Great question, I havent seen any excessive centre tread wear yet That being said, I do measure every season and regular tire rotations as mentioned in the video. I know I dont have any real data to back it up but its been running pretty good for me. I assume you are running 42psi all around all year round?

@@TeslaHo I'm taking delivery tomorrow. I'm coming from a Lexus and I did run the tires 2 psi higher than the recommended pressure. The centre channels were almost 1 mm less then the tread towards the sidewalls. I'm all about efficiency but I don't want to ruin tires that are 50% more expensive than ICE vehicle tires. You have great channel here. Videos are short and to the point.

This guy does a tire rotation using the front jack point to lift both front and rear wheels on one side. ruclips.net/video/Q8GJOUFkW40/видео.html He said when you have tesla come out to do a rotation, it's what the tech does - for $70 He does a puncture repair using that string stuff too. Not my fave method, but it can work for about a month.

only if you changed to different rim sizes. Its a good habit to go change it in the settings so you can track when you are on winter or summers.

@@shujayethossain6554 Its under wheel configuration. The footage from this is a bit old so doesnt have that feature but you should have it now on current update!

tmps warning doesnt go away if you don thave it installed in your tires. This is perfectly normal. You just have to check the tires manually if you want to save the extra $500. Hope this helps!

@@TeslaHo I had my tires changed and the warning came on about 15 minutes after the service center changed them. A lot of people are telling me the sensor(s) probably went bad but I find that very odd to happen so soon after the tire change

@@GETREALLYRICH is it the OEM ones from Tesla or third party ones? I cant speak to third party ones as ive never used but the OEM ones never popped up the warning and I swapped my tires over half dozen times.

@@shiryu7 By soft reboot i mean to hold down the scroll wheels on the steering wheel. You still would have to set the time zone on the rear screen. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Correct this is the amber option. The amber colour is more the turning signal lights and doesnt not affect the main light bar regardless if you pick red or amber. When im braking the red light just goes much brighter letting drivers know the distinct braking light if that makes sense. Cheers and let me know if you have more questions.

@@Ace-212 these do not void warranty from my extensive research as these product simply use splitter cables to redirect power. That being said the only one I've heard voids warranty is the automatic frunk. Ive had my car in for service with these type of addons before without any issues.

@@TeslaHo oh and I agree with the back looking like a Christmas tree. It looks good without the hitch light. Have you looked into installing ambient lights? It looks good with the control panel by the cup holder but it looks like a lot of work for a diy.

if you have the oem stock tires, any tire rotation you do with the tpms will detect and display correctly on your display. I havent tried any after market ones yet but Im confident it works the same.

The torque wrench can adjust to whatever torque you want then tightening it until it clicks to your specified torque which needs to be 129ft lb for model y and 3 (roughly a 3-5lb over under is fine). If you are asking how to check current torque on your bolts, it’s best just to loosen the bolts with breaker bar first then retightening with torque wrench. Reason for this is if it’s over tightened, the wrench will click right away and could be anything over 129ftlb. Let me know if this helps!
