    I have full expansion tank but the radiator is empty everyday when I remove the pressure cap in the morning to check it. Haven’t seen any leaks. Is it okay to refill it?

    • @KurtofTrades
      @KurtofTrades День назад

      It’s fine to refill, you need to find out where your coolant is going. Might be a leak or might be going into the oil cooler or engine oil, or out the exhaust

    • @YungToyBreaker

    Amazing. Does the video wall switcher automatically “split” the screens? Or how do you configure that. Sorry I’m having a slow day. I’ve watched through twice and might’ve missed that explanation

    • @KurtofTrades
      @KurtofTrades День назад

      You can change how it splits the screens with the remote, I think I show at the end. It can cycle through 2x2 which is for 4 player. 2x1 which will work for top/bottom 2 player splitscreen, and you can also go 4x1 which will just push the whole screen through to every tv, so you can have some options for different games.

    • @sjzafrani
      @sjzafrani День назад

      @@KurtofTrades ah. I realize now it’s a “video wall converter” as you stated, and not a simple matrix switch. That’s where my brain stopped lol. Thanks! This is so smart. Do you find it cuts the screens pretty cleanly? Cause essentially all it’s doing is dissecting the image across the middle on both axes. Have you noticed any games where it’s a bit off? I’m considering doing this for OG Xbox. Imagine halo ce like this or even co op games!

    • @KurtofTrades
      @KurtofTrades День назад

      It does cut pretty cleanly, it may take a couple pixels off but nothing too bad. Each tv is a little different.

    Your video was very helpful. My ‘14 Forester had this problem. I felt someone must have a video where I could see that switch itself to determine if I could just fix it by just tweaking it. Your video clearly showed me where it was and it could be done. My repair was successful and as a bonus I cleaned up all the sticky gooey stuff that has accumulated in the center console these past 10yrs.

How did you spray the inside of your doors? Did you remove the inside door cards or did you spray it in through holes? I'm going to be doing mine using a spray gun and I'm concerned about spraying it in through holes in the doors because I dont want it going all over the glass and the window winder mechanism.

    The Jeep Grand Cherokee's ...more details on Selec-Terrain. Here’s a breakdown of what happens in each mode: ### 1. Auto Mode - **Stability Control**: Automatically adjusts to provide a balanced blend of on-road and off-road performance. - **Transfer Case**: Distributes power between the front and rear axles as needed for traction. - **Other Adjustments**: The vehicle adjusts throttle response, transmission shifting, and suspension settings if equiped,,,for a smooth, versatile drive. ### 2. Snow Mode - **Stability Control**: Enhanced to prevent wheel slippage on icy or snowy surfaces. In motion... - **Transfer Case**: Adjusts to provide a 50/50 power split between the front and rear axles for improved stability. This is a key factor. - **Other Adjustments**: The system adjusts throttle response to reduce the chance of wheel spin and optimize traction. Like departing in second speed when possible ### 3. Sand Mode - **Stability Control**: Allows for more wheel slip to help maintain momentum in loose, sandy terrain. - **Transfer Case**: Adjusts to allow more power to be sent to the rear wheels. (Its the mode to spin in cercle on sand and snow) - **Other Adjustments**: Throttle response is sharpened, and transmission holds lower gears longer to provide better traction and prevent bogging down. Act like sport mode without stability control. ### 4. Mud Mode - **Stability Control**: Allows more wheel slip to maintain momentum in muddy conditions. - **Transfer Case**: Sends power to the wheels with the most traction. - **Other Adjustments**: Adjusts throttle response and transmission to keep the vehicle moving steadily through sticky terrain. Its less agressive and more steady than sand mode.. try it ;) ### 5. Rock Mode (available on 4WD models) - **Stability Control**: Maximized for controlled navigation over rocky terrain. - **Transfer Case**: Locks the center differential for equal power distribution between the front and rear axles. - **Other Adjustments**: Adjusts throttle response and engages the vehicle’s low-range gears to enhance low-speed control and torque. Ideal to back up snowmobile trailler on snow hill. Be a gentleman with it lol its low gear but if you floor it its powerfull you may surprise yourself. Just adding these cause you said you never use it. I used all modes often. North Quebec Canada winter 🤷‍♂️ Snow mode is also great in heavy pouring rain. As it becone AWD constant. Sand mode is preferable in deep snow. Snow mode being daily winter driving on snow surface. But it is really bad for deep snow or stop and go on deep snow and ice like stop signs.

    I just traded in my 2011 Honda Accord Crosstour w/141K miles. Just shy of 13 years with WT floor liners installed on day one. While the initial rich black color had faded a bit, they still looked great. Same success with many other WT sets going back to the days that they were marketed under the MacNeil name. I still have a pair of the trimmable, rubber-like deep channel mats from early days that I use for other purposes. I still miss the red trimmed perimeter - looked sharp. Couple of key things - it helps to clean them regularly, or at least vacuum them. Like any similar material, getting sand, small pebbles and the like built up between your feet and the mat is like sandpapering your cars paint job. Second, be very careful if thinking about applying appearance enhancers to bring back the color or sheen, etc. I’ve found that some can end up making the mats slippery. This includes products used by professional detailers. That material can also transfer from the liners to your brake & accelerator pedals via your shoes - not what you want. I know WT sells their own brand of cleaning products but I felt they were too pricey and opted not to purchase them. One nice benefit I’ve discovered is that I can sell my used liners for about half of what I paid for them. I reinstall the unused, carpeted factory floor mats and it does help the used car sell for a bit more. I just purchased and installed a full set of WT floor liners for my 2025 Pilot, opting for the newest HP version. Indeed, prices have increased since 2011 however these new mats are great. They are more of a moulded rubber compound vs the injected molded “plastic” previous generation. The underside has (sharp) nibs that give them good gripping power to the carpet in addition to the lock downs. It makes them just a bit tricky to install because they do not slide into place like the earlier versions. The fit is excellent as the new material is softer and tends to hug the side wells better. The WT badge is gone but if that helps keep the price down, I’m good with that. I too noted that the left foot pad for the driver never seems to go high enough but upon close examination of my current vehicle, the floor pan goes three dimensional just above the foot pad, curving outward and back which probably isn’t a good setup to assure a taller mat would stay put and not curl. WT may not be the lowest upfront cost floor liner available today but they serve me very well in the longer run. Cheers!
