Thank you, great honest video! I myself Ky enthusiast and live here 29 yrs! Northern Ky, actually ..which has tons of jobs opportunities and Cincinnati over the river! When I travel to California or South Carolina etc I love there as well! Once we almost bought home at Hilton head. But I backed down and decided stay in Ky for good! Why? I feel safer living here! Yes, I love our 4 seasons! I love there are no California fires or Carolinas flooding here! I love that storms other places but we are nice and quiet here in Ky! I feel like we are hidden diamonds and I like we are in the middle of the road in every way! Political as well! Yes, taxes lower here, cost of living affordable! Green hills everywhere! I’d say living in Lexington or Louisville definitely have that particular Kentucky feeling that Northern Kentucky don’t have, but we already retired here on golf course and I enjoy watching golfers daily from my kitchen and balcony! in other states we couldn’t afford it but we can in Kentucky! And there are room for improvement in Ky, so come and get involved!!! I like go for a drives to other places in Kentucky and always happy what I see! I love Frankfort!! Would live there definitely! I think Kentucky need little more class and style and more elegant buildings, architecture here is so so, I just came from Ottawa and saw how Canadians investing in elegance and beauty architecture there! Americans not so much. Many people leaving America because of luck of class .. if I were younger I maybe go other places myself.. but for now I am happy in our quiet peaceful state of Ky Kentucky meadows with white fences and beautiful horses is very important to me

I really wanted to watch the full video, but the way the video is edited makes me nauseated to watch. As a fellow RUclipsr, I definitely suggest simplifying your editing style. I know this style is meant to keep people watching and keep their attention, but I think your information is helpful enough that you don’t need to rely on the quick scene changes and sound effects. I mean that in the most supportive way possible! This editing style is more like a mr beast video, whose audience is primarily kids. For your target audience (which I assume is people looking to buy a home probably late 20s-50s, that type of editing is not really necessary.

Where has the least amount of natural disasters

The biggest problem is that Louisville is not worth how expensive it's gotten. Yes it is still one of the cheaper larger cities in the country, but not by as much as it used to be and as Louisville has gotten more expensive it's offered less and less in quality of life. 15 years ago, it was a much better place to live than it is now.

Born and raised in Kentucky. Kentucky has state income tax and yearly property tax on all vehicles. Lexington is the best city. Louisville is the worst.

Year 2024. I was born and raised on the same "creek," that my ancestors came through the Cumberland Gap. I raised my now adult children on the same property. We're country people. I've traveled to other places. I wouldn't live in Louisville or any city. I'm a retired nurse. I like Keenland in Lexington more than Churchill Downs. My son and his children 's favorite fun times is riding 4-wheelers (quqds) on trails in the mountains. If I didn't live here I'd want to live at the beach. One grandson has went to the local Community college. He graduated to be a diesel mechanic. He didn't want to go to college. He worked nights at the Coca -Cola bottling plant while he went to school. There's people that retire from that place. He had a class in high school to prepare him. He should be able to get good pay. He understands that he'll eventually have to be trained for the electric engine. I have another grandson that's going to school to be an electrician. His twin sister is doing her 2nd year of college at a state school. They didn't want a big college debt.

I don’t have any intentions of moving back there like I said, Mark’s barbecue was decent and the Vietnamese place and apparently you haven’t been to cities that have actual restaurants that are decent. The parks are overgrown and unmaintained. However, even being landlocked, it is an outdoor haven. Plenty of small man made lakes and the Ohio to the Mississippi. BUT, as ive learned from living in over eight States, the grass isnt always greener on the other side. KY is a nice place to VISIT.

I was the president of our school board here in California. There are so many ways to bring your schools around. Some involve your state and Governor. It is so vital for these children to get a proper education. What did the district get for Covid. Each child should have received a computer.

I lived in St Matthews from 2014 through 2019, had a great apartment and loved the area. I love my house now (about 10 miles south of St Matts), but that 5 year period that I lived in St Matts I loved it.

How can you day we do not have mountains?? A large portion of the state is in Appalachia. I know, I was born there.
