PJ Ladd and Alexis Sablone use to skate at a place called the farside in Old Saybrook, CT. As kids we would all skate there after school and watch them. One day I was skating with my new American Monster board and PJ said “that’s a real appropriate board to have at this time.” It was right after 9/11 .
