Video where I review my 1985 Redline RL 20-II
You do a really good job on your videos. Very thorough, just like your work on the bikes. Fantastic content.
Absolutely stunning. So Clean.
That is a beautiful bicycle. It was elite back in the day. You mentioned a time machine that is exactly what this is. You ride one of these and everyone that is into bikes takes notice. Anyone who was riding BMX bikes back in the day knows exactly what this is. It's legendary. Seeing one of these out in the wild today even new BMX kids turn their heads at one of these. It commands respect. It has an aura of greatness to it. They just don't make chrome bikes like this anymore. Not for any amount of money. Great job on this.
This was my dream bike in '85-86, still is! Couldn't afford it at the time so I got a Dyno Compe.

Hutch was my bike of choice in the 80s we had a newspaper called buy n sell, I’d pick a paper up weekly & some of the BMXs were a steal if you knew what to look for, id buy the steal of deals & tighten a few bolts n sell most & keep some. Nice bike, good job.
Nice. I still have mine from 1985.
I had the Harry Leary Turbo...I always wanted the pro star...but could never find one
A thing of beauty
This is the Pinnacle of BMX! Doesn't get any better! Absolutely beautiful 😍
I wonder if Redline, trickstar, kuwihara frames will ever be reissued like HAro lineage. that would be savage
They are at the moment
IMO, the Pro Star is the most significant BMX bike of all time. I always wanted one, but it was Redline and Haro for me, and I was OK with that!
I like that the bike has blemishes, it shows someone actually used it and had fun. Very nice
Il est super beau mais différend du haro master team de 1988 original comme celui que j'ai ruclips.net/video/sb6bFlcOebQ/видео.html
Nice bike, but it needs better brakes. Those brakes are for Gt's and Dynos. Get some Nippon 883's.
This is an absolute masterpiece!
How did these compare to the Haro Master and the Team Master?
That red line is beautiful
❤
That bike is so frickin nice bud! I had a pro raider in 85. Someone stole it, I was so bummed.Thats just an amazing bike.
VERY RAD!!!!!!!
Never heard of that bike nor did I ever see it in the magazines of the day... but it is stunner
Beautiful bike. I always thought the trickstar, the redline rl 20 II were the holy grails of freestyle. Big up for sn awesome build
When breakdancing died down I gravitated towards BMX bikes and my favorites were Redline RLII Haro Master GT pro performer Hutch trickstar
Beautiful bike. I had a Haro FST.
Beautiful. This was the Roll Royce of freestyling bikes.
Sick !!!
super sick absolute🔥
Being from the NYC.. That 1985 Redline RL 20-II is official as It can be just as I remembered Good job bro that bike is mint...
Nice, I’m doing up one of these right now, 620 though
I love it
I prefer the new aero speeds to the old ones, to many issues back then.
The new zap pads are very good quality
Nicely
Nice...
From what I remember Redline was always the most expense of the trick bikes.
I remember back in the day picking this bike up and saying wow this thing is light,
niiice
dam!!!!!am jealous
Hello are you micheal ?and are you selling the hutch forks off this bike ? As I feel like I maybe getting scammed by someone else. 👍🏻
Are these the forks for sale
What a well done walk through. Absolute beauty of a bike.
Man that's a nice f****** ride yo is it for sale
those pedals were lethal!
Very,very nice 8)
U dont post enough
I remember looking at BMX Plus magazine and drooling over the Hutch Trick Star and Redline RL 22. Special bike indeed. Beautiful.
That blue with chrome is SICK! Beautifully done!
An absolutely beautiful BMX bike.VDC,sadly wasn’t as popular as say SE or MONGOOSE or GT or REDLINE or DIAMOND BACK or HUTCH.When I was riding BMX bikes in the 1980s,they were the big names. The most popular BMX bike, was the SE PK RIPPER.So many people had them, either street riders, freestylers or racers. And it was either in Black or White, with Skyway mag wheels.I never got one though. My last BMX bike was a Chrome GHP(Greg Hill Products), with Skyway graphite mag wheels,Comp lll tires,Redline flight crank,Shimano DX pedals,GT handlebars,Oakley F1 grips, Suntour stem,Suntour head set lock up,Elina ‘Lightning’ seat,a laid back seat post,GHP pads and a Haro number plate.I wish I’d hung onto that bike as it was a beauty. It’d probably be worth a grand or two on eBay today! But in 1985,who was to know 37 years later what these bikes would be selling for as vintage today. Some of the stuff I see on RUclips that collectors have, like this VDC is amazing.Companies like Redline,Mongoose,Raleigh,SE,Hutch,Skyway have rereleased old classics, but you really can’t beat the original stuff.Love this VDC bike.👍😉
Drooled over GHP's.
I know they're not original but you might wanna checkout those metallic blue MCS lightning brake cables i think they would look perfect on that bike!! I use to love those grips as a kid now they're worth big money!! Beautiful bike dude well done!!
