Why does every e biker think saying its an "e bike" will work? thats like trying to say a 450 is just a little gas bike. Cops shouldnt care if its electric or gas, treatment should be the same. Ofcourse there is exeptions like class 1,2,3 e bikes but not surrons.

This whole license thing is kind of dumb, it all comes down to at this time anyway, where you happen to be located, the individual police, town, city, LA could care less, same with NY and Dallas, as for license anything even a car is not actually required, statutes, Rules, Regulations and Policy only apply to Public Workers such as Cops, Government Employees, and such but they do not apply to private citizens and never have, the Supreme Court of the United States has ruled on this multiple times and there are many examples: People v. Nothaus. 147 Code 219 Shuttles worth v. Birmingham 394 US. 147 (1969) Chicago Coach Co. v. City of Chicago, 337 ill, 200, 169 N.E.22 to name a few To understand this It's important that you first understand and differentiate between some terms being used such as Lawful vs. Legal, Driving vs. Traveling, Driving is a for profit event such as a Bus Driver, Taxi Driver, anyone operating in commerce for profit requires that you have a license, Traveling however is a private event for personal and private activity such s getting from point (A) to point (B) such as for shopping, leisure or anything that is not in commerce. What's happened over the years is that the system of systems over time has sort of conned and convinced everyone that a Drivers License is required for all driving and this is simply not the case, sadly one of the reasons this knowledge and understanding is so lacking in our society is that back in the mid 6-‘s or so, Basic Civics started to be removed from the education system and to day hardly anyone is aware of these true facts and everyone just assumes because this License SCAM has been going on for so long that it is a requirement to have a license when its not, we as American Citizens under the Construction as well as the Deliration of Independence have unalienable rights, we do not get our rights from these documents or from Government, these documents only offer protection against any government body that decides to deprive you of the basic rights. Always keep in mind, it’s “We the People” not We the Government, we are the masters, they are our servant’s PERIOD sadly almost everyone gets this part wrong. Every time I see people talking about licenses and these types of things, I literally sends me right to the moon and I have to say something otherwise, this crap just goes on and on without any real or lawful authority to back of these frivolous claims, it’s time to take our Nation back and this happens only by first education ourselves and then taking that knowledge and live by it. Always remember… FREEDOM has never been FREE, it’s a never ending battle as their will always be those who wish to limit these basic freedoms, it’s up to us, We the People are in essence the 4th and most important branch of government, without our involvement, those in perceived power will continue to do what they want regardless of the peoples wished, why do you think everything is such a mess right now, in many ways, we are all to blame for allowing ourselves to become far too lazy and far too complacent.
