I think both AMD and Nvidia predicts a low sale market for 2025 2026 and they release a cut down filler gen just to have something new. Raw performance can't be replaced by faking frames. I really like frame gen on my 3090 and 4070 laptop. But having multi frame gen sounds dubious to me. They will probably release a very strong UE5 chewer heavy lifting series in 2027 with rtx 6000 and rdna 5... We are in recession and people can't even make ends meet... Lots of unemployment. I'm BTW also enjoying my ps5 and ordered vr2. Once I get my pc adapter I will play Half life alyx. I want to play cyberpunk 77 in VR too. I'm also into older gen right now as my gaming back log is very populated.. Lol. When i start black myth wukong I will probably be having rtx 6000

If they had SLI or comparable, I would get 2 B770 instead of a 5080ti just to have 48 GB of VRAM, and I could have open all my software at once. 32GB would be nuts. I would switch instantly

Game devs have become lazy with optimization. I am tired of people falling for the dlss marketing tactics. People really think the 5070 is going to be as powerful at a 4090 are delusional. It will get similar fps if using dlss 4.0. Its very misleading, and most people dont understand how it works. For people that play games once a week or here and there, they dont really care. For people that play daily and are enthusiasts about pc building like me, I can tell when people are using upscaleing and frame gen. These graphics cards are powerful, but the game industry doesn't care to spend the money for optimization and NVIDIA profits from it.

It's kinda funny to me. They created these issues and then sold solutions. 20 series promoted ray tracing. 30 series promoted 4k. 40 series promoted dlss to run ray tracing at 4k. 50 series is promoting AI to run better dlss, to run ray tracing at 4k. You can't make this shit up.

People gonna buy these. Just because you can't afford these doesn't mean these are bad financial decisions for the company. If these were stupid, people wouldn't buy these and it would make no sense whatsoever to create the 5090, 4090 etc. It's kinda like Porsche. Yeah it might sound overpriced to you, but the company does pretty well, the products are just not created for your budget, they are created for someone with a bigger pocket.

I love how every youtuber out there acts like lossless scaling x4 doesn't exist and make no mention of it, ever. It's not just this guy, every nvidia coverage big youtuber out there. I ain't paying 2k dollars for something a 7 dollar steam program can do.
