Hi! I really like your podcasts! :)) Many topics are close to my heart. Today's topic surprised me a bit, I have in mind the sentence that women are not able to look at themselves in the mirror. Every day I look at myself naked in the mirror and I consider myself super sexy. I also look at my portal without a problem every day. I thought a lot of women do that :D. I didn't think that this topic of body shame could be so common.

Shame was my middle name.. Tell you what mirror work for now over 3 years and reprogramming has been a game changer for me. I love my naked body and being free! I have some hippie heritage where the woman of at least last 2 generations aware of that liked to be naked whenever at home. I think we should all just be naked and free all the time😂 Adore your show thrills my gills🙏💕🪷

Not shame…. I feel critical

Thank you Danny for mentioning your cannabis trip that felt like an Ayahuasca journey. That happened to me a couple months ago very unexpectedly. I literally took one puff from a cannabis vape pen, which I had never done before, only ever smoked joints, and within seconds I was higher than I had ever felt on mushrooms. I have done Ayahuasca before and many journeys with mushrooms, and smoked cannabis, so I am familiar with these experiences. This was very different. I actually vomited and then had to lay down. Parts of my body began shaking and my heart was racing. I actually started to think I might die. I didn’t believe I would die for real, I thought I might cross over and come back because I am fascinated with near death experiences. So, I was faced with the potential of my own mortality and chose to surrender completely trusting that whatever was meant to be will be. It was a perfect reflection of what I was needing to do in my life. It was a very profound yet unexpected experience.

So true about shame around our sexuality. I remember as a young girl, my mother saying certain things that it was wrong for us to explore ourselves etc. I didn’t listen of course. 😊

Sex has been taboo for so long! I fell into that camp until I had my last frustrating experience of man not knowing how a woman's body works. Most men do what they do in the movies. We have zero sex education and by the time they are old enough to hear how it works for a woman, most kids do not want to hear it from their parents. Bad sex is generational. Through divine messaging, I am writing a book on it. Sex is beautiful and is where we came from. How could it be bad? Sacred sex is when there is reciprocity and love, which I have yet to find the combination of both except from my first love.
