Contact support at your own risk, had my account hacked so they locked my account, even after I told them not to, yhey also told me that I would be able to "transfer everything" and "not to worry". After they escalated it they locked the account they told me they "couldn't do anything" and to repurchase everything on a new account. I was confused because they literally just told me that everything was fine and could be transfered, but they assured me that I just got fucked over and they aren't going to do anything about it. I eventually contacted the guy who bought my account from some website and he gave me the new email and password. Even though I have full access to the account, they won't unlock it. I've tried 8 support tickets, it's gotten to the point where they know who I am and just ignore me. They told me to contact Xbox, but Xbox told me the exact same thing, thier support is a joke. I looked online and sure enough, EVERYONE has had the same experience, all they do is extort you for personal information and then tell you to go kick rocks. I couldn't find a single post where someone got there account back. So DO NOT buy anything off of the microsoft store, they will NOT honor your purchase or your time. If your account is locked or closed, you're pretty much screwed.
