I hope they bite the bullet and choose some outcomes to build on. Have all outcomes be canon but choose the ones that will impact the future story telling. For example Myers can die but I think I’d be a shame to let her go already especially considering how well she’s been built up as this ruthless, power hungry and yet cool headed monster. And So Mi is a walking weapon of mass destruction unlike any other. She fucking lives beyond the black wall, that’s insane. You can’t have someone like her just disappear into the night, never to be seen again. Songbird is too powerful to not have more of an impact on the world and the story. And I will miss V like hell, especially femV the voice actress knocked it out of the park. But I trust that they’ll give us an equally likable protagonist in CP2

Japanese people are famously racist and especially against black people. I imagine that this is 90% of the reason why they don’t like a fictional retelling of Yasuko.

Cyberpunk in its current state is an absolute banger. With mods I'm loving it more than modded Fallout. I think it's better.

It makes sense that Reed is a snake. And blackmails songbird. It is reflected when V is in songbird memories. And they show the clip of Reed and songbird talking... And that why she gets trapped and ends up working or being used by the fia... cause Reed knew the type of high scale netrunning she was doing and he even supplied her equipment. Until she got flagged and was left in a corner. In comes reed to give her the false sense of security and blackmail

in system shock, SHODAN creates a virus to rewrite her victim's DNA and uses the ship's medical facilities to enhance them to essentially create cyborg zombie monsters that follow her command, I wonder if cyberpunk orion will have rogue AI's sort of doing the same cyberbiopunk horror

I think that Dex was probably, a year or two ago, like top 5 fixers. He's described as fat black Jesus in game, and clearly has enough rep that he's seen as grade A material. Sure, there are some rumours about him, but it's Night City, everyone who's everyone has rumors about them. I think his biggest flaw though, was his greed and inability tomanage stress. He made a big mistake and had to dip out of Night City, but greed brought him back. Greed and cracking under pressure made him cut corners, and pressure made him doom himself by killing us (not that he would have lived much longer if he didn't, but he possibly would have had a chance to get away while Takemura goes after V, who was there, over Dex, who just planned it).

it'd be cool if the new protagonist instead of having johnny has a rogue AI that infected their neural implants or something like that.

the one regret my V ever had wasn't even dying, it was the fact that out of all the people it was Fat Fuck Dex jumping us with his huscle after V gives Saka and Smasher the slip that truly infuriated me
