Why haven't we, the players, managed to file an class action lawsuit against EA Sports for violating antitrust laws and creating a monopoly. Among all of us who have suffered as a result of the exclusivity deal EA has with the NFL, both 2K and Madden fans, I would imagine there has to be enough proof to justify legal action, i.e. Depression, Diminished Quality of Life, Irritability and Anxiety regarding the quality of the product or the experience while using the monopolized product, etc. We the people are bound to have more power than we think....the real pain is finding the lawyer to do it....I think.

great video as always, yeah football sim is fun as hell and i also agree it has a long way to go. one thing i say is if its this fun this early in the development i cant wait to see how great this game will be when its polished. 4:56 also the way i combat this is by turning on maximum passing in the team select screen so i can direct the receiver to an empty part of the field or change their route from a fly to a comeback route midplay

Madden has gotten too comfortable with its money pack scheme for many, many years now in Ultimate Team. They KNOW the players are just gonna eat up and spend money for those packs(or your team falls behind), so they don't have to do much innovation apart from "How can we get people to buy more packs?". Also, as a more casual~ish player who plays ultimate team, I swear to god there is 0 matchmaking, and this is done intentionally to entice you to buy more packs. I constantly get put up against teams with 90+ overall, while my team is stuck at like 84 overall. While not the biggest difference rating wise, the ratings don't actually account for how good some of these cards are, compared to most of the other players in that position. #NFLbringback2K

Why dont they give you options in the settings on the commentators. Theres ai these days. We could still have madden commentary

2k and other indie companies should be able to compete for customers. I’m afraid they think if 2k is allowed to make one, 2k will do what they did to NBA LIVE. 😂 NBA LIVE is obsolete.

I hate to be a dickhead but people always complaining about madden but continue to buy it. Same thing with FIFA I have not bought fifa in years because I don’t support EA mess. Even 2k now is not 2k from then. Even the basketball games had more features in the early nba2k games compared to now. People want 2k to make a football game but they are just as money hungry and do not give af about their customers or player base either. Madden at least rewards players when they mess up. 2k doesn’t. NBA2k is also a shit show rn. Corporate greed pushing in game micro transactions w their myplayer and myteam modes and constant pop ups (just like madden and mut). Yeah competition is good though because it forces these companies to change. But rn both have monopolies on each of their respective industries. But I wouldn’t have high hopes of a 2k football game either.
