I did an oul and oil filter change yesterday and noticed there are a few bolts next to the sump plug and seems to have had an oil leak, there are oil stains on the inside of the metal undertray. The sump plug is ok, no leakage. Can anyone give me more info? Thanks

I did an oil change yesterday and noticed a few bolts a little to the right of the sump plug. Looks like there was a leakage. The metal under tray has oil stains on it however, the sump plug was fine, no leakage from there. Anyone can help me as to what the leakage is? Thanks

I think I would try and get a TTS and modify that, I don’t think there much dearer to buy, and you get a lot more power and the 4 wheel drive system, so I would personally go for the TTS, Drive safe.

Sorry to sound like an idiot but I've just picked up a 2011 2.2 cdti and im doing general maintenance as well, part of it was to replace the coolant but from initial looks it appears i only have a tank on top where the cap is, are you or is anyone else aware if they have an expansion tank that isnt visible somewhere buried below?

Doesn’t damage the slave cilinder? The damper should regulate the amount of fluid going in and out to the slave cilynder. I might be wrong. Just an opinion. Cheers

Can I bend the headlight bracket without taking off the front bumper? Mine doesn’t clip in on the drivers side headlight , thinking I can remove the grille and just bend that piece up/down to fix the issue

Where can I get those rims

I was hoping this would be a tuned car as my recently purchased 1.8 vtec is a bit slow after my E46 330CD and Mk4 Golf PD150 mapped to 200bhp. My car is a 2011 and only cost £650, I have the cash to spend a good few hundred for more bhp. Performance is about the same as my 1987 Ford Sierra 2.0 GLSi I had in the 90's when I was 21. That was an ill handling car so didn't really want a great deal more power. It also looked like a Cosworth so that was cool, drivers would pull over to let me by.

You didn't put a baffle in the sump did you ? Compounded with low oil too. 😦
